Rock Springs Duplexes

I’ve lived in this apartment for about a year, and unfortunately, I’ve had serious issues with management. A few months ago, a package of mine was missing. After tracking it down with Amazon, I found out it had been left with my neighbor. My neighbor told me the maintenance man had picked it up, yet when I called the front office, they claimed he had thrown it away. Two months later, I saw the same maintenance man in my apartment with my package on his hip. On top of that, maintenance is never scheduled. They just knock randomly without providing dates or times. This isn’t just inconvenient it’s a violation of trust, and let’s be clear, tampering with packages is illegal. I would not recommend living here until these issues are fully resolved.

If you ever need maintenance done, you're screwed.

Worst experience I have ever had. The staff is clearly undertrained and unprofessional. The homes are extremely outdated—built in the 1980s—and it shows in every detail. Vendors don’t even want to work with this property due to ongoing issues with not being paid after completing jobs, which says a lot about how management operates. When I moved in, the home was not properly prepared—there was a missing ceiling fan blade, damaged blinds, holes in the walls, and broken closet doors. None of this should be acceptable for a move-in-ready home. The situation only got worse after move-out. I was sent to collections because management delayed completing my final account statement, then only gave me one week to pay the full balance—rather than the 30 days typically expected. To make matters worse, I was initially told I could set up a payment plan, but they later refused to honor that. Do not move here. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.
