She is the best property manager I have ever had

I used to live here with my family for a few months and unfortunately, my experience was pretty rough. The manager, Rebeca, was a big part of the problem. It seemed like she had her favorites, and if you weren't one of them, you were out of luck. She'd be super nice to certain people, but when I needed help, it was like pulling teeth to get anything done. And I wasn't the only one who felt this way - many of my fellow residents had the same attitude from her. It was like she'd created a toxic vibe, and it made living there really stressful. I'm still confused about her glowing reviews – maybe people are just afraid to speak up? The final straw was when they introduced this new internet policy, requiring everyone to ditch their own providers and pay for the building's service. Um, no thanks? It felt like a total cash grab, and I wasn't about to be held hostace. On the bright side, Antonio, the maintenance guy, was a lifesaver. He actually showed up, fixed things, and cared about getting things right. He made a huge difference in my experience, and I really appreciated his help. If you're looking for a place with a manager who plays favorites and a questionable business model, this might be the spot for you. But if you value your sanity and decent internet, keep looking.

I LOVE this place!!! Rebecca, the manager is awesome and very personable. In fact she, along with Antonio the maintenance man, already feel like family to me. And the apartment itself is way beyond what I hoped it would be. Absolutely perfect for me. And the property as a whole is very clean, well-maintained and classy. I highly recommend the Wexler! Jason

I’m a resident in unit 511 and have been here for 6 months and love li ing here the manager is so helpful even before I moved here she made my move go so much easier she is always making sure the property is free from trash and keeps is looking great. She is awesome

Honestly, the manager here is amazing. She’s super understanding, easy to talk to, and really takes the time to listen if you ever have a concern. You can tell she actually cares about the people living here, not just the job. Anytime something needs fixing or if there’s a question, she’s quick to respond and always respectful. It’s rare to find someone so genuinely kind and professional in property management she definitely makes living here a much better experience.
