I recently went in to the leasing office at The Social Blue, and I found that all of the staff were very accommodating. I got to speak with members of staff including Madi, Nick, Kyle, and Kaleb, and they were all very kind and very knowledgeable about the complex. I left feeling very informed about the amenities and options that they provide.

Roommates are dirty, same dishes in the sink been here since I moved in last month. There’s tires in the living room. Doesn’t matter what time it is. It can be midnight or 4 am. You will hear the laundry being done, with the dryer not being able to fully dry it, it takes 6hrs on one load. Funny enough they put my room right next to the washer and dryer. They will walk into the living room just blasting music from there phones at night. That bag of trash been there also since I moved in

The Social Blue is everything that we could ask for our son when he attends MTSU. Our tour guide, Madi, was great - very informative, polite and energetic. The apartments are very nice and spacious, also the complex has many amenities as well as shuttle service and roommate matching.

I had a virtual tour and it was a great experience. Abby was very helpful, detailed, and professional. She showed me all of the amenities and took her time explaining everything clearly. She also kept me updated on current deals and specials, which I really appreciated. Abby made me feel very welcomed and comfortable throughout the tour. I’m definitely looking forward to moving forward with The Social Blue.

Honestly, as a first apartment objectively this place isn’t the worst ever. BUT I mop the floors constantly, stay on top of cleaning, have vacuumed the carpet with cleaning powder- and still have bugs (centipedes and roaches) which is absolutely ridiculous especially considering the price. It smells stale and like old water in here constantly no matter how much I clean. We have cleaned out the lint pipe thing in the back of the dryer(which shouldn’t be left up to us anyway) and the dryer still takes multiple loads to dry. The dishwasher also sucks. For clarification we do have an unrenovated unit but that doesn’t mean the appliances should just not work. It’s also clear that the closet with the water heater and the one with the washer and dryer have probably never been cleaned out and people have left trash behind. We spent hours cleaning our unit ON MOVE IN DAY bc it was genuinely dirty. It’s also advertised as “off-campus housing” for students but most of the people here are grown adults with children. parking is terrible and the shuttle is not as convenient as they make it out to be. It’s always shutting down and doesn’t even run in the middle of the day when I actually need to go to school. It’s not within reasonable walking distance either. The location is convenient but that’s the only good thing I have to say.
