I had such a fear of skilled nursing facilities when my sister had cancer and her husband has Parkinsonโs. My sister passed away and when her husband needed skilled nursing, I panicked! But God led me to the Reserve and it has been a such a fantastic facility. My whole view of skilled nursing has changed. He had such wonderful care and therapy. They were so respectful and friendly. The medication nurse with a beautiful voice sang Happy Birthday to him! Then Sunshine that came at 3 pm was so sweet, we felt like the room was filled with love and care! From the time I walked in to check it out, I could feel its charms. I canโt thank them enough for this wonderful experience no matter how hard it is to deal with the patients, they were so caring!

My daughter was transferred to the Reserve at Richardson for acute wound and kidney care. Which started out rocky due to the hospital not sending all the required information to the facility. Jennifer at the Reserve did get all the information and corrected the situation so that my daughter would get all that was needed for her recovery which was no easy task! We thank all the staff at the Reserve at Richardson for their patience, support, professionalism and dedication during my daughterโs difficult journey! I was very impressed with the refreshing atmosphere and cleanliness and well kept facilities there. Usually I see pictures of these places and once I visited them I wouldnโt go back or refer anyone to them. So we would like to thank everyone there for their courteous and thoughtfulness during our stay.

Out sister, Carolyn Vick (75), underwent three major back surgeries in November 2025 that unfortunately left her paralyzed from the waist down. From January through the end of April 2026, we placed her at The Reserve at Richardson skilled nursing facility, and we are incredibly grateful for the care she received there. The facility, owned by Danny Prince and managed by Director Roy Hurst, truly lived up to everything they promised. We were told Carolyn would receive consistent occupational and physical therapy, and they delivered. With the dedicated help of Phillip and Shelley, and through constant therapy, Carolyn made remarkable progressโby the end of her stay, she was able to stand on her own. The care team was outstanding. Head Nurse Jennifer and her staff provided excellent medical attention and genuine compassion. Chisel, who assisted with Carolynโs daily care and bathing, was exceptional. The chef prepared wonderful meals that Carolyn genuinely enjoyed, which made a big difference in her overall experience, and as a result, she was able to lose 20 pounds. From the moment you walk in, you are welcomed warmly by Sheena at the front desk. Her professionalism and kindness set the tone for the entire facility, and that same level of care is reflected throughout the staff at The Reserve. Carolyn has since returned to Wichita, Kansas, where she is now continuing her recovery at Larksfield Place. We are hopeful she will continue progressing and transition to independent living in the near future. We sincerely thank everyone at The Reserve for their dedication and compassion. We would confidently recommend this facility to anyone seeking assisted living or skilled nursing care. Signed brothers Paul, Dale, Steven and their wives. respectively, Ann, Sandie and Susan. 2MAY2026
