The Register wow’d me from when I walked in. The beautiful fireplace lit, the welcoming leasing agents, and the nice clean smell! This community is very well kept, has great amenities and had great options for floor plans (and I’m picky 🤭) I’m looking very early but will definitely choose to live here for my new home when it’s time.

I recently toured this apartment complex and had a wonderful experience. The leasing agents were incredibly polite, friendly, and welcoming from the start. They took the time to answer my questions and made the tour feel relaxed and genuine. First impressions truly matter, and Maggie and Maya made an excellent one!

Overpriced rent for underwhelming grounds, apartment, and management. I lived there for about 1.5 years. Hallway carpets are almost always dingy. Pool table for the longest time didn't have any pool sticks to play with. Virtual golf station was out of service 90% of the time that I tried to use it. One of the two treadmills in the gym was out of service for like the first 3 months. Amazon packages cannot be delivered unless the front office is open, which is a major inconvenience. Frivolous $75 charge for every key fob that is lost and no support for any kind of cloud security such as mobile access to the community amenities or apartments. Upon move out, I was charged for cleaning stains off of a carpet that would have to be replaced regardless because it was flooded with dirty toilet water from the apartment above shortly before I moved out (unless they chose not to replace it - then just yuck). Also upon move out, they threatened me with a $50 fine if I didn't spackle 8 small nail-size holes in the walls even though they have to paint the entire apartment regardless and spackling is a natural part of painting. Finally, grossly overpriced rent. I moved two blocks down the road to a larger and more luxurious apartment and grounds for more than $1k less per month. The maintenance staff is amazing though.

I’ve been living at The Register for the past six months, and it’s been a truly pleasant experience. The building is modern, clean, and well‑maintained, with spacious units, plenty of natural light, and quiet common areas. The amenities, especially the rooftop terrace and fitness center, are top‑notch and always in great condition. What really sets this community apart is the exceptional service from Alex, the property manager. From day one, Alex has been friendly, responsive, and incredibly attentive to residents’ needs. Whenever I had a maintenance request, Alex coordinated repairs promptly and followed up to ensure everything was resolved to my satisfaction. He also goes the extra mile by keeping us informed about upcoming events and community updates, fostering a welcoming atmosphere for everyone. Overall, The Register Apartments offers comfortable living in a prime location, and Alex’s dedication makes the management team stand out. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a hassle‑free, well‑run residence!
