Allison brings a level of professionalism and warmth that sets the tone the moment you walk into the office. She’s attentive, organized, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure residents feel supported and appreciated. Elena has a gift for making people feel welcome. She’s patient, kind, and consistently helpful — the type of person who turns a simple question into a positive interaction. Ronald is the definition of dependable. Whether it’s maintenance needs or general support around the property, he handles everything with skill, speed, and genuine care. This appartment is such a beautiful place to live so quite the Managment teams each and everyone is such genuine helpful I’m surprised they all such a beautiful souls. The maintenance they are super fast and so efficient. Clean and neat apartment .I enjoyed living here.

Hot water seems to be an ongoing issue. That being said, I've been here 1.5 years, and the office is excellent at responding to concerns, and maintenance is absolutely on quick when you need it. The windows are paper thin, with nearby Preston being exceptionally loud - would love to see them update windows to a double pane style or just better quality doors and seals to help with noise

I've been renting here since December 2024 and I'm moving. Don't let the leasing office fool you with their charm if you visit. As soon as I moved in, I continuously had issues with my unit. When summer hit, my AC kept going out. I submitted several different work orders for the HVAC. They gave it a temporary fix, because I had the same issues a month later. Upon further investigation, I found the HVAC units have a manufacture date of 1983! I asked if the units could be updated/replaced and was told they would speak to the maintenance supervisor. Then I didn't hear from them. I reached out to corporate, who bounced me back to the leasing office. They finally reached out to me and I provided a detailed email of all of my complaints. Again...crickets. When I followed up, they claimed they never received my email. I sent the email again. It's been over a month and no response. There's a leaking spout near the HVAC units, so there's a constant pool of water. I have to constantly flip the circuit breaker because my appliances randomly stop working. The patio is missing a screen door, and when I asked if I could get one I was told they don't provide those, even though it's clear there used to be one. Both of my toilets were running, and idk what maintenance is good for, because not even 5 minutes after he left, they were still running. The package lockers don't close, and people don't pick up after their dogs. The leasing office only cares about collecting your rent money. DO NOT RENT HERE.
