Crest at Park Central Apartments

Here is a more professional version of your review: I had a wonderful experience visiting this community. The self-guided tour option was very impressive and made me feel comfortable and at home right away. I truly love both the overall community and the floor plan designs. The assistant manager was extremely professional, patient, and thorough in answering all of my questions. Based on my experience, I would absolutely love to live here. This community deserves five stars across the board.

I want to warn everyone about this apartment. The door is always left open, and homeless people come inside all the time. There’s no security at all. Even when I come back late, I have two registered cars, but there’s no safe place for me to park them. Worst of all, my Harley-Davidson Electra Glide was stolen right from inside the apartment. They didn’t care, they didn’t show me any camera footage, nothing. This is the worst apartment I have ever lived in. We are in Building 2.”

Do not move here. Upon moving in I received a mailbox key that didn’t work, after requesting and getting a new one from the staff, it also didn’t work. So for months I had to have the office staff check my mail for me with the working key that they keep in the office until they got me a working key. In the interim of all of this, a new debit card was stolen from my mailbox that I had no access to, the card was activated and used to make multiple purchases at stores on the same street as the apartment complex. The WiFi were charged monthly for does not work. Also, since I moved here over a year ago, the gates have not been working and there’s no security.

Keylon and Francisco were outstanding. They handled three work orders within minutes; they were in and out, efficient, and extremely professional. They communicated clearly, worked with urgency, and still managed to be personable and respectful the entire time. It felt seamless. More than just maintenance, they were genuinely great company while getting everything done right. Looking to nest in a great spot in Dallas? Crest at Park Central is the place! The staff are amazing - warm, intentional, professional, and truly care about the residents and the property. The grounds are always well-kept and cleared of fallen leaves, trash, and debris. I have never even smelled dog poop though I see people walking their dogs daily. If you have a maintenance issue, they attend to it quickly and effectively. I can't recommend Crest enough! Very happy living here.
