I am extremely disappointed with the way this property is being managed. Maintenance entered my home and painted areas inside my unit without notifying me or asking for permission — which is completely unacceptable. As a tenant, I should be informed before anyone enters or makes changes to my living space. Not only was the work done without consent, but paint was left on my personal belongings. When I brought this up, instead of taking responsibility, management tried to charge me for replacing the sink, claiming it was due to a leak I was never aware of. I reported the issue as soon as I noticed damage, and it is not fair to blame tenants for unreported problems they were never informed of or notified about. Their lack of communication, disregard for personal belongings, and attempt to shift responsibility to the tenant shows a high level of negligence and unprofessionalism. I trusted that my home and personal property would be respected, but that has not been the case. I hope they take accountability and make this right, not only for me but for any future tenants who could experience the same treatment. On top of that, my stove has not been working properly for over a year, and despite bringing it to their attention, nothing has been done to fix it. Basic maintenance and safety in a rental unit should not be ignored for this long. In the picture below, both big burners are on and only one of them is physically on one doesn't work It’s crazy that after almost 8 years of living here, they expect everything to still be in perfect condition when nothing was new to begin with. When I moved in, the appliances and fixtures were already old, worn, and outdated yet they act like any issue now is somehow my fault. After nearly 8 years of paying rent on time and being a respectful tenant, this is the treatment I get. Future tenants, be warned.

Spring creek apartments are a breath of fresh air. I Love how the office staff always handles my concerns in a timely manner. Can not say a single bad thing about my experience with them so far.

I recently moved into Spring Creek Apartments and had a fantastic experience, largely thanks to Maya, the manager. From my initial tour to handling the move-in process, Maya was incredibly helpful and responsive. She addressed all my questions thoroughly and made sure everything went smoothly. The apartment itself is well-maintained, and the community is quiet and friendly. I highly recommend Spring Creek Apartments, especially if you get the chance to work with Maya!
