Just moved here. My moving in process was GREAT Omaira and Mr Jonathan were great, helpful and very professional. My studio looks really nice maybe a little few touches here and there but maintenance has been good on taking care of them. Seriously yall young people out there or anyone looking for a nice affordable place to live Collin Creek Apartments is the place to call a home! And I really hope that my home here for the next 15months is a wonderful experience and if these great prices continue for studios/Reg Apt I will definitely renew my lease!!! Omaira and Mr Jonathan keep up the good work and Thank yall for this great move in experience⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They have all the amenities I was looking for and even more which really caught my attention, especially with their great special. What truly stood out was the friendly and professional team; they made me feel so welcome and comfortable. I’m still exploring my options, but Collin Creek Apartments is definitely at the top of my list!

Haven’t had any problems living here. Neighbors are quiet, and the area feels very safe. I also love being right near a Costco and Chili’s. I was also surprised by the gym. They had everything you could need for a basic workout, which is very convenient when you don’t want to hit traffic to go to the gym.

Due to the unsafe conditions I have moved apartments 2 times and safety still hasn’t been better. If you don’t wanna feel safe and comfortable it’s best you rent out an apartment here, this place has horrible service, and not enough monitoring making me not feel safe.
