So since moving in in July of 2022, we have had numerous with our air conditioning unit. This time it went out on a Sunday, so the next Monday we were told the part to fix it would take 2 days to come in. It has been 9 days. 9. In June. My messages asking about updates have been ignored and every time I call they tell me that they are still waiting for the parts. It is ridiculous at this point. We do have a temporary ac in our apartment but it only does so much compared to the 90 degree temperatures outside. Do better.

Pool hasn’t been open for a year since I moved in, they’ll tell you that the city of Plano hasn’t passed the inspection which means something isn’t right on their part. It’s finally the summer again the kids can’t swim, I’m having to travel outside the apartments to take my son swimming. so if you’re looking to move in and they say it’ll be open soon they really don’t know. Also with the pool being closed you don’t have access to the gym during the hours that they tell you after the office is closed, It’s frustrating paying for amenities that you can’t use.
