Current resident and first time meeting the most recent leasing staff. The assistant manager, Day, was very helpful and answered all of my questions. The other staff members in the office seemed pleasant as well.

Went & toured the property on last week Friday 2/06/2026, met with Shadday, we toured the property. I will say the property is upkept very well & its very inviting. However, Shadday doesnt seem very knowledgeable with the questions I was asking her. Prior to me applying, I told her that I had some collections on my credit but they were paid off & that I had proof that they were paid. She said she didnt know how that worked. I said okay cool. I then spoke with Day( who im assuming is the assistant manager) I walked in her office & shook her hand. From my first impression of her is she didnt seem very inviting & welcoming. But anyway I explained to her the situation about the collections, she then tells me that everything is through a third party & that if I were to get denied, i would have to contact the third party & show them proof that the collections were paid off. So i said okay fine. Went home & applied. Shadday calls me & says that she completed my screening & that i needed to verify my income & that she was sending me a link ( Nova Credit). I completed everything I was suppose to do. February 7th I recieved a email stating that I was denied due to moderate level of collection items & i didnt make enough to afford the apartment( mind you they verified through my bank account) how is that a reliable source? i then emailed Shadday to ask her who was the third party that did the screening & if i could get the name so that I can reach out to them, she didnt reply back to my emails. I then called her either Saturday or Sunday & asked her what was the next steps, she then replied " well you were denied"( vey rudely) then I asked her who is the third party & asked for the information, she proceeded to tell me she didnt know & that I needed to speak with Day. I then asked was there a Property Manager that I could speak with , she said no one was available. I said okay fine & hung up. I got in contact with Rentgrow & filed a dispute seeing as though I had all of the proof that i needed stating that the collections were paid off. The property didnt even give me a chance & try and work with me. I then reached out to Nova Credit & they emailed me back stating that they had no knowledge of any collections on my credit! All approval & denials are made by the property manager or owner. If i told them the situation & I got denied, there was no reaching out to me to even see my proof of the collections that were paid off or anything! After I completed the survey & was not very happy with the way the complex handled the situation, the property manager then decides to reach out to me based off the answers I gave in the survey. When i was asking for the property manager's information from Shadday, I couldnt get it but because I filled out a survey, now the property manager wants to reach out? I then emailed Shannon back to speak with her about my situation & she hasnt responded to my calls or emails. Customer service is so important & by the way this community treated me after knowing my situation that I explained to them prior to me applying just shows that I dont need to move there & I will continue to look elsewhere.

Today we had a wonderful meal at Hunter Hills with our family. The food was absolutely delicious! I love the people there; their service and everything about them is so professional. They treat us like family, and everyone is fantastic. The food was so delicious I was licking my fingers! God bless them. I highly recommend them; everything is divine.

We always attend the events scheduled for residents and we love the attention from all the staff; they are wonderful. Today, in particular, was the taco event, and it was truly delicious. We are always delighted with all the food Shaddey prepares; it's really tasty. We always want to come back. Thank you for sharing with us; everything here is wonderful. Have a great day!

I absolutely do not recommend dealing with this property. I applied for an apartment here a while ago and was denied without any explanation. They told me my refund would be processed, and it has now been 45 days with nothing received. I called several times to follow up, and every time I was told to “wait.” Today they suddenly claimed that the Social Security number I provided was “wrong” something they never mentioned during the application process. If that was truly the issue, why didn’t they ask for clarification from the beginning? What made the situation even worse is that when I finished speaking with the manager she laughed and hung up on me. That level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable I’m not upset about the money I’m upset about the careless disrespectful and frustrating way the property manager handled everything
