Literally THE WORST apartment I ever lived in. I lived in my unit for 2 years, upon move in my unit was infested with roaches. It took me months of my own cleaning and weekly appointments with the apartments pest company to get it under control. Even then so I still would have sights of roaches every once in a while. The parking is absolutely absurd. I paid for a parking spot that wasn’t even near my unit because that was “all that were left” and kept me from having to walk from the complete opposite side of the complex late at night. The gym is only open during office hours yet you have to pay an amenity fee and pool is always closed for maintenance. My screen door to my patio was never fixed after multiple maintenance request. Garage gates never close and people walk around knocking on doors trying to sell you things And like the previous review I was charged $1000 in move out fees, and because I wanted nothing to do with this facility anymore I just paid the fees but was never given any pictures to show the “damages” that were left. AVOID THIS COMPLEX AT ALLLL COST, if you value you sanity.

We’ve been here 4 years and love it! I love my spacious 1bdroom! Maintenance is always on time, when needed. Everyone in the office are very understanding to difficult situations. Nice place to live.

Ever since my stay here, it has been more then what i expected. Kathia and Marytza have been so helpful since day one. They will go above and beyond for you if you explain the situation. Whenever a work order is put in, you can rest assure it will be handled. I love the fact that they reach out to you once the work order is said to be completed. Sarah always send me a message to make sure it was done correctly. That shows me they want to make sure the tenant is satisfied. I have never been to a complex that did that. Im honestly glad that i signed a 15 month lease. If it continues to be this way my full lease, i will definitely without a doubt sign another 15 months!

🚨 Worst Living Experience of My Life — Unsafe, Unhealthy, and Dishonest Management 🚨 Save yourself the stress, health issues, and emotional destruction. My boyfriend and I lived in unit 6201, and from the very start it was a nightmare. We didn’t get move-in info until the day before our lease because they wouldn’t answer our calls, and our unit was a disaster: broken doors, unsafe windows (one slammed shut and broke my finger), constant plumbing issues, and appliances that leaked until mold grew that was left untreated. Maintenance requests were marked “complete” without anyone ever showing up—our cameras proved it. The roach infestation was unbearable. Pest control was a third party vendor “included” in rent but rarely showed up, even accessing the wrong unit once (enjoy not knowing who enters your home when you’re gone). Roach nests spread into our pantry and my cats’ feeders, making them and us very sick. A city inspector flagged multiple violations (structural gaps, unsafe windows, unsealed baseboards), yet little was fixed. Later, we discovered hidden black mold in our closet from a previous leak maintenance “fixed” months prior—the true cause of our own health problems. Their “solution”? Paint over it. Outside the unit wasn’t any better: broken mail locks, trashed pool, stolen packages, cars broken into, gunshots reported, constant weed smell, and zero functioning cameras despite signs. Trash service is unreliable but mandatory and certainly a contributor to how disgusting the halls are. When we left, they tried charging us $800 in damages—caused primarily by their own failure to maintain the unit—but dropped it immediately when we asked for an explanation given the conditions we endured. The only “positive” of this complex was being allowed to leave. If you value your health, safety, or sanity, stay away from this complex. And yes, I’m sure they’ll reply telling me to reach out directly like they do with every bad review—but based on our experience, they wouldn’t even pick up the phone if I tried.
