Great place to stay for short or long time! All services are available and in great condition. Safe areas to walk with your pets and babies. The members of the staff make you feel like family, always willing to help you out.

Unfortunately my opinion changed after my weekend stay. The room I was put in had spotty Internet and he television didn't work properly in the bedroom. I immediately complained and the receptionist came to the room moreso to fact check than to help. I explained that I'm unable to work from my laptop and I have to go somewhere with better wifi because of he connection. She rudely told me that no one else has complained about this issue. And that I can log into Netflix if I wanted to watch tv. Mind you he internet is affecting the TV as well. She kept explaining that there's nothing she can do without manager approval. I was here for business and spent my money on a room that was fifty percent useless too me. Upon checkout I explained and basically nothing was done. I'm a professional travel agent and UGC reviewer, so companies should really be careful how they treat the common customer. We never know what title they hold. If you say here avoid complaining, hey won't care or accommodate you.
