The Glenville Apartments

I stayed at Parks Residential for a little over a week, and let me tell you these folks are top notch! Clean rooms, friendly faces, and they treat you like you’re part of the family the good side of the family, not the ones who borrow your tools and never bring them back. They’re always there when you need something, always greeting you with a smile. I’ve traveled all over the U.S., and I can honestly say this place is my first choice hands down. If I could give ‘em more than five stars, I’d need a bigger keyboard!

First time In Texas, so glad we chose Parks Residential.booked it for 15 days. The location is very clean, peaceful, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very spacious very clean and has a home vibe to it, You will feel like you at your own place which make the stay extremely pleasant. I will definitely recommend this place to a friend and family visiting the state of Texas. I want to personally say thank you to the staff all the way up to the manager for making our stay very pleasant at room 1101.❤️

I lived here for a year, and I absolutely loved my time here! The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the general manager Renea is so helpful and accommodating. They made my move to a new city all but painless!

Their warm and welcoming attitude made me feel right at home. The location is exceptionally safe, quiet, and peaceful, offering the perfect environment for relaxation. The entire team ensured that everything was well-maintained and that my needs were always met promptly. I loved the experience so much that I decided to rent an apartment there for an entire year. My friends were also impressed by the location and the service, and they decided to rent two apartments for an entire year. If you’re looking for a safe and tranquil place in Dallas, with excellent service from a fantastic team, this is the place to choose!

I lived in the furnished 3 bed 2 bath apartment for almost 2 months with weekly housekeeping. I enjoyed living here with it being 1 mile away from work and 4 miles from UT Dallas. It was home away from home for me and it was perfect with cutlery, corningware and dishes for storage including some pots and pans which was perfect for me to cook inside the apartment. The housekeeping team was great and left the apartment clean weekly and replacing towels , making beds and cleaning kitchen and bathrooms. The management was also nice and friendly, Trying to go out of the way to help. They even offered me an office room with a big monitor to plug my laptop in. I am sure to return to this furnished apartment with guests.
