I’m a resident here since 2024, and sometimes they don’t care about the residents and look at this. The issue has happened three times since last week. I called emergency maintenance each time and was advised to turn the AC off for four hours before restarting it. I also spoke with management and was told the issue would be fixed. However, my work order shows as completed, and the AC is not working again this morning. The temperature inside reached 80°F, and I had to take my children to the library because of the heat. I went the leasing office and reported it again, they said the maintenance staff will be there shortly, a guy came and said wow it’s very warm inside and said the line is frozen and I can’t do anything.

Great with maintenance responses and Avonna is one of the best I’ve seen for The Glen.
