I love the efficiency apartment for seniors. I had some setbacks because the air conditioning was not working, and the washer/driver connections were not working. The maintenance clicked a switch, and something flashed. After a week, things were working properly. I think if you are dealing with seniors, there need to be faster moving people that moves with compassion and empathy. Maybe, they should hire a senior like me, that has a Bachelor's degree in communications that understands what it's like to be called a "SENIOR" and how to get things moving. The place is "NICE", and the services they offer are "GREAT", such as taking people to the grocery store and other places on their "SAVANNAH GATEWAY VAN". Believe me, it is a beautiful surrounding, that only needs a little "PATCH UP" work. I believe I should get a "PROBATED" rental fee for this month because of the "MALFUNCTIONS". If so, maybe they will be a little more "ATTENTIVE" to these types of problems; which will allow them to be "TIMELY" when it comes to "REPAIRS".

The Maintenance request to have my living room lights fixed, and a replacement sink stopper, were taken care of in less than 24 hours. Thank you very much!
