The Bent Tree Apartments

Josh and Cassidy help me through application and tour, nice staff, clean community, quite place, Bank is near by, gas station and store near by, security is good, safe place, met good neighbors while touring and sitting with Josh, very advanced features and new apartment, also good office space if you are working from home. Has good gym, big clean swimming pool, ping pong table. 😊moving in soon.

Although I ultimately chose not to move into this complex, I want to take a moment to recognize Connor in the leasing office. He was consistently attentive, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process. His positive attitude and genuine approach made the experience truly enjoyable—and honestly, his service alone made me seriously consider signing here. I ended up finding another property that fit my specific needs a bit better, but I truly appreciate Connor’s effort and dedication. I’d recommend this community based on his outstanding service alone.

From the moment I stopped by without an appointment, Cassidy was amazing! She greeted me warmly and still managed to squeeze me in. Having worked in the retail space for over 24 years, I truly appreciate her professionalism and how she took care of me on such short notice. She gave me a thorough tour, kept me updated throughout my application process, and made everything smooth — even when my moving company was running late and things felt stressful. Since moving in, the entire team at Bent Tree Lofts has continued to impress me. I’ve submitted a few work orders, and each time they’ve taken care of things by the end of the day. The staff has been friendly, responsive, and truly made me feel at home. I highly recommend Bent Tree Lofts to anyone looking for a place where the team genuinely cares about their residents. Overall, very nice loft/apartment complex. Relatively new construction, in good condition, with decent amenities. The staff is really what differentiates this property - Cassidy and the rest of the team have been great to work with. I'm a new resident so cannot yet speak to maintenance and other longer-term factors. One down side, they just instituted a controlled parking policy after I signed the lease, which is more restrictive.

Such a beautiful, clean apartment community with an amazing management team!! I moved in late May and couldn’t be happier with my decision, for me this place truly feels like home. From day one, Fairuza, Cassidy, Kristy, and Connor have all been incredibly welcoming and helpful. The maintenance team is just as amazing, whenever I have an issue, it’s fixed within hours. This is my 7th apartment complex in the U.S., and I can confidently say this management team is the best by far I’ve ever experienced. They host regular gatherings and meet-ups for socializing, the residents are friendly, and everything is kept spotless. Overall, I’m really happy here.
