The Atlantic at Plano

I was very interested in this community and ready to lease an exact apartment available on their website. I called for a tour and they said if I make it by 5:20 I can catch the last slot. I come in 5:17pm just to be told that they cannot tour me anymore and the best they did was show me their coffee machine in the leasing office. Thanks? Not only that but she asked us if her manager was looking over at us behind the glass prior to her taking us on a trip to the coffee machine. Not once was I greeted nor was there any sort of apology for wasting my time and gas. Let this be the first red flag for anyone interested in this apartment community.

I had such a great experience with Sara, the office manager. After dealing with a really bad situation at my last apartment, I was nervous to start the whole process again. She made everything so smooth and kept me updated the entire time. She was super easy to work with and really made me feel taken care of. When I got my keys, the apartment was spotless. Honestly one of the cleanest move-ins I’ve ever had. It was such a relief after what I went through before. I really appreciate how helpful and communicative she’s been. It made a huge difference, and I’m glad I chose this place.

I have been a resident at Atlantic Stonebriar since 2018. The staff, especially the maintenance staff has always been professional and friendly when fixing issues. The manager Janine, (spelling?) has always been a great resource for anything. When she says that she’ll take care of something, she always has. My family feels safe and comfortable here.
