South 20th St Serviced Apartments

Lived in this apartment building for 3 years now. The main reason: the people that work in the building, from Miss T at the front desk who knows us by name and just is the most pleasant person in the world to talk to and so very helpful to the maintenance team who responds very quickly. Love the staff, especially Miss T

I love living in this building. I moved in a month and a half ago and so far everything is very good. We had an issue after signing the contract where the tenant occupying the unit I rented wanted to postpone their exit and I was able to work out a solution with the building management. They were very accommodating. The building is very clean, concierge so help out and the package room is organized. Maintenance is also outstanding. Mr Jose Guzman came over to change the AC filter and to do some other maintenance request. He was very professional, polite and was able to accommodate the repairs quickly. Overall i recommend this property.

We’ve been living at 220 for over a year now and recently renewed our lease. This is such a beautifully maintained building and it’s a joy living here. The front desk concierge team is so kind and warm and welcoming. And the maintenance team is the best I’ve ever experienced. Colin specifically I don’t know what I’d do without. He’s always super quick and helpful and a pleasure to see around the building.

This place is Great! The location, amenities, convenience to the city and different restaurants, I love it here. What makes this place exceptional is the team at 220. The front desk is pleasant and informative always! The maintenance team is 10/10. Colin is great he knows what he’s doing. I’ve made many request to maintenance, he’s quickly responsive , and resolve issues efficiently. The morning clean up crew is Amazing! Our shared areas and bathrooms smell good and appear tidy.

I have lived here for almost 2 years and move out due to relocation. It’s a nice apartment with great rooftop view. The maintenance team is responsive and the management team is responsible. It has a 24 hours concierge. The gym is nice and has a boxing bag!
