What a hidden gem this place is. It’s like you’re living in a house with a golf course view rather than an apartment. Cindy and the rest of the team are as pleasant and professional as can be.

I have had a great experience living at SaddleBrook Apartments. I originally lived here from 2020 to 2023, and when I moved back to Dallas after getting married, this was the first place I wanted to come back to—and that says a lot. One of the things that makes this community stand out is the office staff. Laura and Cindy are absolutely wonderful. They are always friendly, professional, and willing to help with anything you need. They truly care about the residents and make you feel valued. The maintenance team is also excellent. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and issues are resolved in a timely manner, which is something I really appreciate. The community itself is quiet, well-maintained, and full of friendly neighbors. It feels safe, peaceful, and welcoming, which can be hard to find. Having lived here before and choosing to come back years later, I can honestly say Saddle Brook continues to be a great place to call home. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment community with outstanding staff, responsive maintenance, and a comfortable living environment.

I moved back to Dallas this year and happened to check in on this apartment community and I really enjoyed the people and the aesthetic as it’s not modern minimalist. Has big trees and red brick and has a character to the apartment both outside and inside. The staff are super friendly and work orders get done super quick. Have been super happy living here.
