Best place ever! The maintenance department is on top of work order and Ms. Debbie goes above and beyond for the tenants. Front desk is always clean and security in site is a huge plus! Great team, great area and overall a wonderful apartment to live in!

Shoutout to Linda in the leasing office and Deb the big boss in maintenance. Nothing but supportive since I moved in. Attentive in every way necessary and they have gone above and beyond to make sure everything didn’t just meet expectations but exceeded them. Things happen but I feel at ease knowing that they are here to help. My apartment is in incredible shape and on the few things we needed corrected they were handled essentially within minutes.

I want to take a moment to give the Rock Creek maintenance team some well-deserved credit. Deb and her team did an awesome job with my patio doors. I have resided in the community for many years, and the team has always been A-1. Any issues or concerns are addressed promptly, with safety always at the forefront. Thank you again for all you do to ensure the community remains well-maintained and in compliance, without ever making residents feel uncomfortable.

As a semi-retired commercial property manager, I have an eye for well-maintained properties and excellent management, and Rock Creek Apartments at 5850 Belt Line Rd in Dallas exceeded my expectations. From the moment I toured the community, it was evident that the management team takes pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming, and secure environment. The landscaping is pristine, the amenities are thoughtfully designed, and the common areas are spotless. The apartments themselves are well-constructed, with a layout that maximizes space and functionality—perfect for anyone who values quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, which is a sign of a proactive management team that genuinely cares about its residents. Location is everything, and Rock Creek Apartments hits the mark. Situated right off Belt Line Rd, it provides easy access to shopping, dining, and major thoroughfares, making it an ideal spot for busy professionals or retirees like myself who enjoy convenience and entertainment close to home. This review is for the maintenance team bc they are great! They respond really fast to work orders and are all very respectful. I put in a work order for my heat being out and they arrived 30 minutes later. I’ve never had a work order pending more than a day or two (and two days is uncommon). It’s nice to live somewhere where you don’t have to beg for basic repairs to be completed! shoutout to whoever the maintenance supervisor is for leading such a great team.
