Residences at North Park

Gabby is great in the office as a matter of a fact the whole office goes above and beyond for their community! Been here a year just upgraded and resigned a new lease. Sincerely a resident who’s not moving unless I get my forever house! 10 out of 10 I highly recommend!!!

Love this apartment but they NEVER answer anything. Trying to figure out stuff about the fire inspection next week after they sent a mass email saying that they would update us about the schedule 2 weeks before hand. I went to the leasing/ residence office and was told that they don't know and I called with no response. Kept getting sent 60 day notices even thought it's next week. Call me crazy I don't want someone I don't know randomly in my home. Other than that I love this apartment. I hate modern design so it feels very homey. I have a high roof, secluded stairs and a balcony which I've always liked in complexes. I just wish there was better communication. I try and stay away from asking the front office for stuff but idk this is annoying.

I lived at Residence at North Dallas and it was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with an apartment community. I paid a security deposit and have been trying to get an update on my final bill and deposit status — but NO ONE ever answers the phone. I’ve been calling 5–10 times a day, left a voicemail over a week ago, and still haven’t heard back from anyone. This isn’t new, either. Even when I was a resident, it was practically impossible to reach anyone by phone. Any time there was an issue, I’d have to physically go into the office because no one picked up or returned calls. The lack of communication and customer service is unbelievable. I am so glad I don’t have to live in apartments anymore — especially not here. Horrible place to live. Would not recommend to anyone.

Jocelyn Hernandez was truly amazing throughout our entire leasing process. From the very beginning, she was helpful, kind, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure we felt supported. She really took the time to understand our situation and worked incredibly hard to get us approved and into a unit that fit our needs. What stood out the most is that Jocelyn didn’t give up on us. She communicated clearly, followed up consistently, and genuinely advocated for us every step of the way. You can tell she actually cares about the people she’s helping, and it made the whole process feel so much less stressful. If you’re looking to move here, I highly recommend working with Jocelyn. She’s professional, dedicated, and truly fights for her residents. We’re so grateful for everything she did for us!

I’m giving 4 stars because of the excellent staff and a smooth move-in process. I’ve lived here for almost a year, and from day one, the office team has been generous, helpful, and professional. Maintenance is top-tier always quick to respond and get the job done right. I truly enjoyed living here until I started having ongoing issues with my downstairs neighbor. She frequently bangs on her ceiling (my floor) for reasons I still don’t understand. When I first introduced myself, she admitted I wasn’t being loud. I even gave her my number and told her to reach out if anything ever bothered her, but instead, she continues to bang when I walk to the kitchen, clean, shower, or even use the bathroom early in the morning. At one point, she tried to blame it on the flooring, but I know it’s not the case because the banging is still happening and is clearly intentional. Things got worse when new upstairs neighbors moved in. They started intentionally stomping directly over me in every room too especially after I politely asked them to stop. Since then, it’s only escalated. The next day or a couple days later the trimming on the bottom of my brand new car was ripped off. It’s been frustrating and has affected my peace at home. I still appreciate the community, the staff, and the upkeep of the property, but the noise disturbances from neighbors have unfortunately impacted my overall experience.
