I’ve had a great experience with the leasing office. The staff is always polite, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. They really make residents feel valued and supported.

I recently had a repair issue for my A/C and Heat. My maintenance request was handled promptly by the office, assigned to maintenance, and he was professional, polite and did very neat work including cleaning up the work area after the repairs, which was very much appreciated.

Prestonwood apartments home it’s an amazing and beautiful place to live. The management are awesome. The manager at the front office is a wonderful person with a good heart with all her team. I have been living here for couples of years and I have no regrets. This is a good, secure and calm environment to live. ❤️💙

I recently toured the apartment and had a great experience, even though I ultimately chose a different place. Bryan was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all my questions and followed up with me afterward, which I really appreciated. His friendly and professional approach made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.
