Plaza At Chase Oaks

New bathroom faucet installation was performed professionally by Brian on 9/24/2025. Brian also excellently installed my air filter in my apartment. He is very timely and efficiently. Kudos!

I have been working with Ale the Assistant Manager. She is very pleasant and very informative. The complex is very clean and she took me to see a unit that is vacant and previously was with a resident. I was also walking with the new Leasing agent .Quanesha with was also very kind. I haven’t been approved yet but I pray I am eligible to make this my new home. 5 Stars from my first impression. To me the first impression is a lasting impression. Rosie Phillips 9/22/25

Hello, I live in another state and I want to see the apartment and Alejandra was so nice to do a Facetime with me to see the apartment. It is beautiful. I was able to do the application and send in all my paper work. Thank you so much for your kindness, compassionate towards me and going out your way to make sure that all my paperwork was complete. Can not wait until I make Plaze at Chase Oaks my home.

I moved here in 2017 and I moved out 2023 the very first day I moved in the police was called on me and my grandson we was watching a movie and eating dinner he helped me move in. Any way the manger at that time was good but about 6 months everyone in the office was gone. Things got rough by then I at least went through 5 mangerers or more the was so rude in that office. They watch your every move they don't want you to have company at least I noticed it. Most lived there at that time didn't have family but I did and they were always checking on me at decent hours and days. Not all but it was so many rude neighbors my only true friend there was Ms Diane the glamour girl. Idk why but the6use to lie on me for what reason to This day I still don't know. I was later diagnosed being depressed cause I was not happy living there it was always a problem and the office staff didn't care. They always believed the messy gospering neighbors who would team up like lions. 2023 I couldn't take it anymore I moved and I don't like this new place I'm in either there is no good living apartments that's affordable for seniors these days. I wouldn't recommend this facility to anyone to live in most of us was treated like we was in prison fr. Helen and her assistant was awful no lie two lazy females yes indeed. I know they didn't like Blacks and I'm not just saying that that's a fact!! She even was living on property with kids.They did me dirty when I moved out they took my whole deposit just because I cleaned that apartment real good before moving out I still to this day have the photos. That's ok God, has better plans for me always. B And all in all I'm a child of God, and I'm a just pray for all cause God, is the only one really in control Amen. I could go on and on but no I'll just say I had 6yrs of heart broken at this place I pray others have better experience than I had.

I would like to take this opportunity to say Gabriel Powell, the manager, has shown true leadership and has also been great for this property. Alot of things has change for the better due to her and her remarkable staff. Alot of improvement was done to this property that has not been done in years. Gabriel and her staff came in and pulled up their sleeves and got things done. She has a welcoming personality, residents at Plaza at Chase Oaks, and also her team loves her. Her personality makes her role as a manager even more successful for this property. Her leadership role made the residents happy. The Property Management company, should've done all they could to keep her she's an assess to the company. She would have made this property successful,plus generate increase in revenue. Gabriel Powell and her staff have shown a positive impact at Plaza at Chase Oaks. To me, she goes beyond ten stars.
