Why is there a Pool table if there is no equipment you can use to play?

The place had everything we needed: a stove, microwave, water dispenser, kitchen sink, furniture, a pool table, and a nice dining table with chairs. The swimming pool was very clean and well-maintained. We had a great experience!

This place has been closed since, at least mid 2020. Annoying and unfortunate. The pool looks unkempt and full of debris, it's quite a shame since it used to be one of the nicest phase pools.

Had gone there once for the Hawaiian party during UTD weeks of welcome. The place is decent with ample sized pool and some recreation stuff. There is a small lawn as well to sit, relax and chill.
