I just called to inquire about units, and the assistant manager told me, "what are you"? so unprofessional and rude, I was in mid-sentence to tell her what I am, but she again cut me off. I had to hang up since she is rude and needs to be fired. I am going to reach out to apartment ownership and follow up.

If I could give zero review I would definitely given them. Very Dangerouse place with zero security. This is the 10th time with more than 20 car's broken into; they come and break into the cars windows and steal off of cars. And the leasing office doesn't even put a camera or do anything about it.

I really don’t recommend moving in. They don’t help with anything! My appliance been out since my 4th month of living there and I’ve went to the office repeatedly they kept saying the maintenance man was going to come and he never came. They had pipe issues so the plumbers came in put a big hole in my apartment all while the door was open it took me 2 days to get rid of mosquitos and they have a roach infestation with no pest control. My first week of living There my restroom was flooding and tub was being filled with nasty water and toilet wasn’t flushing I had to call 3times to get someone out. It’s not what I expected as my first apartment and they didn’t let me view the apartment till the day before move in. They maintenance man quit so they have the trash man doing maintenance as well. I haven’t put groceries in my apartment in 4 months due to having nowhere to put them. I wasn’t paying my rent till they helped after 3 months of struggling with cooking cause my oven or burners don’t work and refrigerator is out. After two months I was told i had 2 days to pay rent after that they couldn’t except no more payments but the apartment is not even worth coming up with money so after staying there 7 months I’m gladly moving.

Don’t move here!! Currently our a/c is not working and our apartment is over 80° inside, and we have two toddlers and I’m currently 33 weeks pregnant; no responses from the leasing office or the emergency maintenance line. The pictures on the website are NOT what they seem, it’s just for show when you come tour. The pools haven’t been cleaned at all since living here. The laundry facilities don’t work at all since living here; they’ve removed all of the washers and dryers to be replaced with new ones and that’s been going on for months now, still nothing. Roaches have been coming out, no matter how much we clean our apartment. The first month and a half of living here, the sewage backed up into our bathtub and even flushing the toilet made it worse; was told we can move to a different unit and went to check it out just for there to be roaches crawling around the dining room, by the front door and in the bathroom; a group of people, I’m guessing corporate, were doing inspections and I’m sure they were embarrassed to see our ONLY bathroom out of order. Also, we had a broken down refrigerator that wasn’t freezing nor getting cold within the first couple weeks of living here and our food spoiled, wasn’t given any reimbursement. Maintenance has come into our home once without notice and we didn’t request any service. Management has changed since we first moved in. They haven’t fixed anything we reported on the move in inspection sheet given to us. Seeing is believing so come check for yourselves if you want. We’re currently in the process of moving out.

I have been living here for two years now . I love my apt cozy and comfy .. when it comes to location I found it best close by 635 and 75 . So many restaurant options . Last Year I have been dealing with Management a-lot only in summer season due to AC problem . But now they are providing quality service as compare to last year . Sarah is new addition and doing best for the complex.. Finally i am Moving to new complex but i am gonna miss this place had alot of memories and attachment with my apt .. This society is good for the kick start ! Since i have achieved so many things while sitting in my Lucky Apt i am giving it 4 stars..
