Maplewood Apartments

I’ve truly loved living at Maplewood! The community is so friendly and welcoming, and the staff are always helpful and communicative. The amenities have been wonderful—especially the community garden and the gym. Whenever I’ve had a facilities concern, it’s been handled quickly and with great care.

I have been living at Maplewood for the last 3 years, and so far it has been really good. The location is so convenient to campus, but not so much to the Commons. There are a bunch of running trails around, so that's also good. I like how modern the apartments are, but the walls are super thin within the apartments, so your experience can really vary based on your roommates. Maintenance is quick, but the community center staff are not so polite and helpful.

This is Rose! I am a new resident of maplewood and I have a lot packages from mailing room. They really kind and helpful to help me carry these huge packages to my house ! I will say they are the best and I highly recommend this amazing apartment!

If only I could zero(0) stars possibly. Just save your money and find a place where people listen to you and consider your needs. The place could be nice if staff heard you. I came to Ithaca a month ago just to see the place, they showed me their sample which obviously was perfect and sent me back assuring my needs would be considered but ironically they give you completely opposite of what you want. I have headache issues and came a month early to tell them I’d prefer something on top floor where I can’t hear things happening at first floor. But today Monday morning I m waking up to a headache because of this giant machine making unrealistically high noise. I went to their office but they don’t have any other room available other then something more expensive (obviously why would they give me something cheaper). I have been going to their office since 3 days but what they will tell you is that there’s noting they can do. So basically you will be stuck here with whatever you get. Just save your money!! I will keep sharing how I feel here. Thank you!
