I’m a current tenant. Stay away from this apartment. The noise from the roof top HVAC Is insane. The vibration is so strong and there is no possibility of a sound sleep. The management team has been unresponsive regarding my issue. Considering go to court with them if they don’t allow me to transfer to another unit! ------------------------------------------ They allowed to transfer to another unit. No more complaint

I lived in this apartment for a little over two years. The units are noticeably older compared to newer apartments in the area that charge a similar rent. The leasing office refused to issue a parking sticker for my new car, insisting on a registration document for a vehicle I sold long ago. When I moved out, they charged a $395 carpet replacement fee, even though I never wore shoes inside and had the carpet professionally cleaned before leaving. Parking was a big headache too. It was always full and have to go to the last floor to find an open spot. One thing I like about it is the maintenance team. They respond quickly and were super friendly. I suggest you to shop around before moving in here.

The apartment itself is overall pretty nice, and most of the staff are genuinely friendly and responsive. That said, there are several issues that make the experience less than ideal. The walls are quite thin, and I noticed a roach problem almost immediately — within my first two days there were bugs throughout the unit. Parking is also hit-or-miss. While there is a garage that should feel safe, I was the victim of a hit-and-run during my first two weeks. I filed a police report and informed the office, but they told me there was nothing they could do. (My truck got totaled) Now, a little over a month into my lease, I’ve been dealing with a water leak that has dragged on for about ten days. My apartment currently has multiple industrial fans running nonstop, using my electricity, and management has refused to put anything about the situation in writing. I recently found mold that grew from the water damage. Although the staff are pleasant and maintenance responds quickly, the ongoing problems outweigh the positives.

Very Disappointed with the Move-Out Charges We recently vacated our apartment after spending two full days meticulously cleaning every corner, leaving the place spotless. Despite our sincere efforts and the excellent condition we left it in, we were shocked and extremely disappointed to be charged $937 for carpet replacement because of pet stains and odor issues which felt completely unjustified. We have never had a pet during our entire lease. We even requested the management to check CCTV footage to confirm this, but our request was ignored. Unfortunately, we’ve now seen multiple reviews from other tenants facing the same issue being charged for pet stains despite never owning a pet. This seems like a recurring and unfair practice. As for the odor issue, we never had any such problem in our apartment. There were no complaints raised throughout our lease, and we made sure the unit was thoroughly cleaned before moving out. Ironically, external issue was never addressed by the management, but now they are using “odor” as a reason to impose charges on us which is extremely unfair and disappointing. We took care of the apartment throughout our lease and ensured it was returned in far better shape. The apartment was cleaned thoroughly, and we have photographic evidence to support this. It is incredibly disheartening to be penalized with such a large charge after taking the responsibility to leave the unit in great condition. We honestly wouldn’t have given any stars based on this experience because 0 isn’t an option, but had to choose 1 in order to leave a review. What’s even more frustrating is that from the very beginning of our stay, there was a strong smoking odor that regularly entered our apartment through the balcony area. Despite this being an external issue we had no control over it. This experience has left us feeling frustrated and taken advantage of. I would strongly urge future tenants not to move in these apartments or if you decided to move, document everything thoroughly during move-out and be cautious of unexpected charges. We’ll be attaching the photos showing the actual condition of the apartment at the time of move-out.
