Extremely disappointed with how ongoing issues are handled. I am counting down the days until my lease is over. I’ve had a work order open for over seven days with no resolution, and this is just one example of how slow maintenance response times are here. Even worse, I’ve been dealing with a roach problem for over seven months. Instead of actually resolving the infestation, management just keeps adding my unit to weekly pest control. There is visible roach bait all over my apartment, which is extremely unappealing and does not fix the root of the problem. As a property manager myself, I know what proper remediation looks like treating surrounding units, doing a full clean-out, sealing entry points, or offering a transfer. None of that has been offered. There has been no real attempt at a long-term solution, just surface-level responses. It’s frustrating to feel unheard and unsupported as a resident, especially when these issues affect basic living conditions. I would not recommend living here based on my experience.

Don’t live here unless you wanna pay 1700 for a one bedroom that’s not luxury and live around rats and I’m not talking about the animals. Signed for 1300 and ended up paying 1700 with no explanation. Definitely not worth it , they even added a charge saying it was never payed but never sent a letter , an email or notified me . Apartments are not worth it at all .put in several notices for things to get fixed in the house and no one ever came . Water always stayed off .

I lived in the same unit for 10 years. No pets, no smoking just me. The unit was professionally cleaned and I requested a walk through with the manager Nora because of all the reviews I read regarding bogus charges on move outs. This management is by far the worst. Nora and Mary have no clue what they are doing. As many property managers that have come and gone in the ten years I lived there another will be coming along soon. Mary who sits in the front office is the most clueless person ever. Her best answer to anything you ask is I don't know. The final charges are ridiculous and in order not to give any kind of deposit back they charged me for two small burn marks on 10 year old carpet of $94.90. The apartment had everything original from 10 years ago when I moved in and it still was in perfect shape apart from normal wear and tear like the carpet lifting badly, loose tiles in the bathroom and garbage disposal kept breaking. This place used to be amazing but I left due to lack of communication and nothing ever got done and these two ladies need to be removed they are not manager material and Mary has no idea what day it is. So glad I have moved into a home paying much less and no more headaches and ignorant replies. And yes they managed to keep the whole deposit so do not expect anything back from here no matter how perfect of a tenant you are.

Living at Lockwood Heights has been a constant letdown. First off, they randomly added a utility gas charge out of nowhere—no heads up, no explanation, just an extra charge slapped on the bill. When you try to get answers, management either ghosts you or gives you some half-baked excuse that doesn’t add up. On top of that, maintenance is a joke. You can submit a request and wait weeks before anything gets fixed—if they even bother at all. The walls are paper-thin, so good luck getting any peace and quiet. You’ll hear everything your neighbors do, and I mean everything. Parking’s a mess, trash pickup is inconsistent, and the hallways always smell like someone gave up on life. This place is overpriced for what you get. Management clearly doesn’t care, and it shows. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

Lived here for 7 years. Management changes every few months. Work orders ignored. Moved out and was told owe over $3000 for damages but we could never could get anything fixed. Requwsted itemized statement of said charges and never recieved it. Just told on statement damages. No carpet cleaning upon renewal for whole time living there. Homeless people on pool area and fitness center at night (see pics). Reported to office was told to call police. But the areas were never locked or secured as should be. Pool is constantly not working or dirty. Internet constantly going out and never compensated for that. Water shut off due to leak or issues at least a couple times a week. Office never answers phone. Tow legitimate parked cars. I could go on. Bottom line, do not lease or move here. Update: I see that you all said to email to discuss. I have several email threads showing where I have tried to reach out via email repeatedly regarding my issues and no one is responding. Not to mention no one ever answers phone when it's called. So your response is disingenuous and fake.
