New resident to the place and shortly after moving in, I was having issues with my dryer. After calling the office, Viri was quick to respond to the issue and helped get it resolved in a timely manner. I was completely impressed with their professionalism throughout the entire process and am appreciative of the high end service.

***Renters think twice about your renting your future home with Bell Properties Management and Legacy North. I’ve lived at Legacy North for 3 years, always paid rent on time, and never caused issues. Unfortunately, my move-out experience was extremely disappointing. My move-out date was January 27, but my movers determined the snow and ice around the property made it unsafe to move. I asked the leasing office to clear the sidewalks and access areas so I could move out safely, but the request was ignored. Instead, I was told I would have to pay prorated rent to stay just two extra days — even though the delay was due to unsafe property conditions, not poor planning on my part. Meanwhile, valet trash service (which residents pay for) also stopped because of the weather. If services can pause due to conditions, residents trying to move safely should be given the same consideration. My move-out paperwork also stated pest control would be done twice in the last 60 days, and that did not happen. After being a reliable resident for three years, the lack of flexibility and basic understanding at move-out was extremely disappointing and frustrating. Also, many of the 4-5 star reviews they have is because the posted flyers and emailed residents to leave a positive google review and provided incentives and a prize “drawing.” Lastly, apartments are very cheap quality, walls cracking and falling apart over time.

I want to thank Mr. Ismael Álvarez, he is always willing to help with any problem in the apartment. He is friendly, fast and very attentive to the residents of Legacy North Apartments. It's nice to have someone like that, highly recommended.

Overall a great apartment to live in with your family. The gym, pool and the club is very nice. They have a 2 floors gym and mostly all the equipment. They have options for both open and closed parking spaces. The interiors and appliances and some what old.

Moved in on August 6th and it’s been down hill ever since. The front office will not answer phone calls AT ALL and take a long time to get back to you via email so if there is an issue (and there is many) good luck having it resolved. The trash compactor room is disgusting and full of cockroaches and other bugs. The turf on the first level next to my apartment reeks of dog pee. The parking lot and door access app is outdated and inconvenient to use as I have to pull out my phone anytime I access to the building and any other doors. The elevators are sketchy (when they are working). My closet door broke off my first day of moving in and it’s been that way ever since even though a maintenance request was submitted. There’s dog poop sitting in the hallway for the past few days now. I had scheduled a meeting with Christopher last Friday to discuss options of changing my unit or even better getting out of this place but he completely blew off our 5 min meeting to go check if his food was delivered. He did say his manager would reach out to me by today but of course… nothing. I’ve lived in a three different apartments over the last 5years, (I was a college student) and have never had an issue. This experience I’ve had here at Legacy North Apartments has been next level abysmal. Please don’t make the same mistake I did and save your self some stress.
