DO NOT FALL FOR THE TOUR they are great at getting you in i wish i can move back out so bad this is the worst apartment iv ever been to their extra fees are insane no parking everything they said they offer does not work! do not move hear i cant wait to leave!

If you're thinking of moving, do yourself a favor and look for somewhere else. You'll save yourself a lot of trouble. From the second day we moved in, the pipes were clogged. You couldn't use the shower or the toilet. They came and unclogged everything, and we had to endure a foul, rotten smell every day. We waited weeks for them to fix it. Now we've been without air conditioning for over a month. Imagine that with the high temperatures in Dallas! You go to the office, and they tell you they'll send technicians. Most of the time they don't come, and when they do, they say they can't do anything because the manager has to authorize the purchase of the air conditioning unit. And so we continue with the problem unresolved. But the payments keep coming, every month, and they keep charging us more. And when you go there, they don't give you a good explanation.

Terrible maintenance and office service. You call and they never answer, and if you go in person they don't resolve anything. I don't recommend it if you're thinking of moving; look for another place. Besides that, the air conditioning doesn't work and they don't fix it. God help you with this awful service.
