I have done work for this apartment complex and the management/staff were great and friendly. I never had any issues as far as communication or accessibility to anything and they were extremely responsive and helpful with whatever I needed. I definitely will be doing business for them in the future.

Great place to live in, it's quiet clean, great location, very well maintained. Management is also great polite and professional also very cheerful. Highly recommend these apartments..

My wife was putting things that we have brought from our old place into our apartment and they office people decide to put a note in her truck saying that they will “CALL THE COPS” “WE WILL CALL THE POLICE” instead of just walking to us and asking us to move our vehicle. My wife obviously can’t carry heavy stuff so she obviously parked right next to the back gate so she wouldn’t struggle . VERRY unprofessional behavior from the staff and management . Not only that but I see lots of cars through the day park there and have seen no note of that sort on any of them . Definitely don’t feel safe here after being threatened my management and staff instead of just talking to us like normal Human beings .

Been living here for a couple years now.... It's a very quiet place no drunks in the parking lot the tenants are nice and respectful. The icing on the cake is the manager Mercedes very polite, well spoken, trusting and strait forward. The maintenance at this place is good and quick and also respectful. Thank you for the hospitality and the patience you've had with me and my kid. I highly appreciate it thank you.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about these apartments. The manager is a great person & very helpful with everything. She treats everyone with the upmost respect & tries her best to understand everyone's individual situations. Anybody that says otherwise really has no reason to & probably are just mad because she doesn't put up with any nonsense. The area has gotten a bit bad over the years but with Mrs. Salazar there's no need to worry because she stays on top of what goes on in her complex & has law enforcement there at the drop of a hat! She's been there as long as I can remember and has always been an outstanding person.
