If I could give 0 starts I would. I have had bed bugs from the moment I moved into this apartment, I also have black mold and now I am worried that my children are breathing this in. I have sent multiple emails to the get some kind of help. I am not sure if they purposefully hire managers who are unkind but they are just not very nice and unprofessional . I have not with held rent or sued due to the mistreatment or the fall that broke my ankle. I fell and broke my ankle and asked them if they had a insurance claim to report it so that they can fix the stairs that I fell on and the manager called me and told me that they were going to do a claim asked me to come up there just to ask me my phone number and name. After I emailed to see what the outcome was the manager called me instead of emailing me and said because no one else has fallen they are not going to do anything and to this day the stairs are still broken. I have had to go to physical therapy and still may have to go to through surgery all while fighting bed bugs, roaches and black mold and still paying the rent. I have emailed them asking to just be let out of my lease in good standing and they could not have been bothered to respond to the email. I thought that it was just me going through this but looking at the reviews I see that I am not alone.

Living in these apartments was a complete nightmare. The management is entirely unhelpful, unresponsive, and unprofessional. Despite multiple maintenance requests, not a single issue has been addressed—including the ongoing cockroach infestation and the general filth of the property. The manager, in particular, is incredibly rude and dismissive, clearly unfit for any kind of customer-facing role. The rest of the staff follow suit—disrespectful, careless, and utterly lacking in basic decency or competence. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere—this place is a health hazard disguised as housing. If I could give 0 stars I would .
