Foundation at CityLine

Finding a place to stay from abroad can be a real hassle, especially with so many scams out there. Thankfully, I found Foundation at Cityline and my experience has been great! Lilian, the leasing officer, was quick to respond to my emails. She helped me through every step of the process before I moved in, making everything so much easier. I definitely recommend this place for a few reasons: - Convenience: It’s close to shops and right by the UTDallas bus route, which is a huge plus. - Affordable Rates: The prices are competitive providing great value for such a prime location. - Friendly Staff: Lilian and the maintenance guy have been really nice and helpful, which made me feel at home. If you’re looking for a stress-free place to live, Foundation at Cityline is a solid choice!

Our manager Lillian is the best. Had a no hot water situation in my unit this week. She went above and beyond to make sure the situation had been corrected. We have been residents since 2018 and have had several different managers of which she is absolutely hands down the best we've ever had. She goes out of her way for residents and takes time to address issues and concerns to resolve them quickly. Maintenance is awesome and he never leaves work orders open or incomplete. Love my complex.

I had a very pleasant and enjoyable experience during the stay at Foundation at Cityline. Lillian (the leasing manager) is the most warm and welcoming leasing staff I know during my time in Dallas. She is very responsible and responsive, she has the warmest smile that can make your day ❤️. She really cares about our residents, treats everyone as friends and families, not just a renter or merely work. You can always find candies and coffee in her office, and sometimes free pizza or donuts. Lillian is very professional and also considerate in every situation, she showed me great support when I moved in, transfered apartments, and moving out. I‘m an international student at UTD, and I strongly recommend this place for any UTD students who are looking for places to stay during your study. This place is quite, clean and safe. The maintenance staff is very friendly, approachable and get the job done very quickly with good quality. I feel sad having to leave this place, I will surely miss everything here. 🌹

That is a very nice place where I’m living, it equips a swimming pool, fitness center and laundry facility. The staff Lillian is very nice. Everything is maintained well and promptly.

We can't talk about this property without mentioning the property manager, Lillian Martinez. She's attentive, responds to every email, and guides us through the entire process. This is my first time living in the United States, and she helped us set up our apartment's electricity, internet, and insurance, and is always willing to help. Oh, and about the property itself: it's a calm, quiet community with respectful and friendly neighbors (my impressions from 1 week of living here). Minor issues are promptly solved by the manager and its team. The gardens and swimming pool are well-maintained, and the eventual appearance of wild rabbits gives an extra charm to the property.
