Never rent from this gross disgusting company. In case you didn’t know they are owned by evil private equity. When you call in an “emergency” maintenance request, you have to speak to their awful overseas call center. And then wait for a call back from someone who dispatches maintenance workers, likely many hours later. My AC is currently out, it is August in Texas. They can’t get anyone out to my house to look at it for over a day and a half. Even though they claim emergencies are an 24 hr turn around max. And when you push for them to send someone sooner, the maintenance scheduling person has an attitude, and no appreciation of the situation whatsoever. Mind you, this is also by far the most expensive rental property I have ever rented. And by far the worst customer experience I have received anywhere. Run as fast as you can and rent from a smaller company or an individual if you can. First key is a gigantic evil corporation that couldn’t care less about their tenants.
