Special thank you to James Brown and Ali A. and Billy. They’ve been friendly, professional, and always put in the most effort in diagnosing and actually fixing issues within the house, which has made a big difference in our experience in our last year. We did have some issues for awhile with the pool maintenance but things are finally improving, and we are hopeful this level of service continues.

Billy did a great job fixing our AC. He was very friendly and respectful the whole time he was here. He explained what the problem was , and he worked quickly to get everything fixed. Our AC is working perfectly now and the house is cool again. Billy was also very professional and made sure everything was working before he left. We really appreciate his hard work and would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs AC repairs. Thank you, Billy!

I've been living at one of their properties for almost a year and I must say everytime we have a maintenance issue, First Key homes works diligent and fast to get to my home. They do a good job and go above and beyond to fix our issues. We truly appreciate the maintenance team and their dependable customer service.

I have had an unresolved water intrusion issue in my unit since December. After weeks of delays, a vendor finally removed baseboards on last Thursday but stated they would not test for mold. Since Friday, my home has been left with exposed, water-damaged walls and no drying equipment, no remediation, no written documentation, and no communication from property management. I have repeatedly requested written updates and a clear scope of work and have received none. The lack of follow-through and communication has been extremely concerning, especially given the visible damage and health implications. I am still waiting for confirmation of next steps and formal documentation of what work has been completed.

Plumbing/sewer leak issue has been ongoing since the week before Christmas Eve, and it is still not fixed. The main issue has been delays and inconsistent communication. We were told different things by different people, and we still did not have clear written confirmation of what the approved quote included. Management asked us to email our experience with photos/videos to document what happened. At one point, we were told we would need to submit another work order for sewer water cleanup, and the vendor did not clean it up. In addition, our carpet has never been dried, there has been no mold testing, and there has been no cleanup or remediation for the affected areas. This has put the burden on us to constantly follow up, document everything, and handle the day-to-day impact in the home while waiting for action. This is unacceptable, especially with sewage involved
