I lived at Creekview for a year and a half. Moving here was the WORST decision of my life. READ YOUR LEASE THOROUGHLY. IT IS SHADY. The reason I was forced to move out was because a maintenance man who trespassed into my apartment UNANNOUNCED while I was getting dressed. My dog defended me in response to his violation. I was then FORCED to move in an unreasonable amount of time (24 hours) and I was still forced to put in a 2 month notice, pay rent for those months, and broken lease fees, totaling more than $4,000. Roxana Gonzales, the apartment manager disregarded legal protocol and any wrong doing by her employee. She is vindictive, incompetent, and manipulative. Creekveiw also has a serious roach infestation that was never taken serious by management. Lastly the NASCAR level traffic from Preston road prohibited me from studying and sleeping. The only person with the people skills to manage this place is Sergio. SHAME ON PRICE BROTHERS!!!

I lived here for quite sometime! In the beginning, management was really GREAT! But then Roxanna came and things went left. The lack of communication heightened and she was unaware of how to treat any resident. There were many times when the hot water wasn't working and residents were not aware of any issues. The complex as a whole is reasonably priced in a convenient area but it can be a bit noisy. I didn't have any problems with break-ins, but I had an issue with my neighbor who smoked heavily. I did bring it to the leasing office twice about the issue, but it had gotten worse. There aren't many amenities on property. Rosa is one of the best leasing agents at Creekview and it will be a sad day if she ever leaves. I didn't interact much with Sergio but from the interactions I have had with him, he's patient and nice. If you plan to move here, ONLY work with Rosa and Sergio. I moved into a townhome and my utilities decreased. I'm not sure how the water is metered on the property but I pay 75% LESS than I did after leaving and my electricity bill has decreased a lot. I will rate my experience as a whole a 3.5.

I’m going to give it a two because I lived here two times. My first experience was amazing same management. I left because my father passed and I went back home. I came back to the same people so I assumed it would be fine again. WORST MISTAKE EVER! It started with my AC unit, it never got cold no matter what temperature I put it on it was finally fixed after so many requests which I hate putting in. (I will say they are pretty quick with the request) Second was electrical, every apartment will come with things so it was fine the problem was there was a maintenance man who was overly friendly I told him I was not interested plenty of times! He still tried to convince me and show me pictures of his family as if his race has anything to do with it, it continued to ask me to do his hair after I advised I do no braid hair just because I am black, he continued to stay at my home after his job was complete trying to force a hug once he would be ready to leave, so I would call my mom every time I put in a work order because I knew they’d send the same man even after me and my mom advise he was too much and I felt unsafe!! Roxanna or whatever her name is called me one day being completely disrespectful also threatened me to not allow me to renew my lease because I advised to them that maintenance can come into my home at 3:45 once I was off work( I work in healthcare and my camera stayed on) she tried to call and talk to me crazy and then change it to bring an emergency as to the reason they had to come in when they literally open and closed my closet door and left. (She was nice to my before this and I still was offered to renew of course because I didn’t do anything, but of course I didn’t because who would want to keep paying a property who talk to them crazy for no reason) Something that could have waited, I had cameras inside and out so I also had all of this recorded. I have a video of tons of ants inside my room crawling into the living room because of the trouble plumbing literally you will get an email that the water if off every other week, trash cans was always full and overflowing for it to be such a small area, they took away some of the visitors parking due to their construction didn’t try to make accommodations, continued to ignore my emails, accused me of smoking (I have a heart condition I can’t smoke!! So she tried it 😒) it was all a mess! Once you are on their bad side they will treat you as such I do not recommend anyone who is single and lives alone to move here they will not take anything serious and believe their staff over you even with evidence that I can upload!

I really had to leave this review because it’s very important for people to know that I give 80% of the credit to the way I was treated on my first day. Roxana is such a pleasant, understanding person who helps a lot. She showed me the apartment, gave me plenty of advice, and most importantly, made me feel at home. I will be living here for a year, and I trust that Creekview Apartments will make me feel at home. Thank you, Roxana, for your advice and kindness. After living here, I will come back with another review so people know if I was right or not.

Frankly, I do not recommend these complexes. Before moving in, I was informed that I could have two decals for two cars. After I had already moved into the property, Sergio told me that only one car was allowed, and then Miss rosa i think that’s her name told me that I was allowed to have two cars , she was so kind in her attention. Recently, I went to the office to inquire with Sergio about the possibility of obtaining a reserved parking space for a third car. He indicated that it was possible, and that one would be available in August. However, yesterday I showed up at the office to obtain the parking space, he informed me that it was not possible, despite having confirmed this to me on several occasions (this was not the first time I had inquired about the parking). I decided to call the corporation for information regarding the private parking issue. I was informed that they would contact the property and that the property manager would call me with a solution. Later, Ms. Roxana (manager) contacted me to tell me that it wouldn't be possible, arguing that they've supposedly never allowed a third car. Sergio had confirmed to me many times that it was possible because I'd inquired to make sure it was possible, and Ms. Roxana recommended that I park on the street. I consider it unfair that I'm not allowed to rent one. Ms. Roxana mentioned that by calling the corporation, they would give Sergio a warning, which is not my responsibility. She indicated that, for future inquiries, I would contact her directly, since she makes the decisions on the property and that the corporation would not intervene, since the person who answers the calls is only a secretary and has no authority to intervene in these types of situations. She gave me to understand that the corporation has no say in this matter. Today I decided to go talk to her about the parking issue and see if she could give me a solution. She told me she can't do anything, she even questioned me, saying, "Why do you have so many cars?" And I think that's unprofessional because she shouldn't care how many cars I have. Because If I want to have 3 or more cars and I if I have the money so I can afored them that's my problem. I just wanted to rent a carport for my third car. I don't know what I'm going to do now. Everything because they tell you things and then they say no. Also, I had to complain many times about my air conditioning because they wouldn't fix it, and the maintenance guy came and said everything was fine. After so many complaints, they sent another person to check on my air conditioning and did give me a solution. And don't even mention security. The entrance gate is always open, they never close it. It's assumed that you move here because you're looking for something better, both customer service and security, but you won't get either of those things. And yesterday in the afternoon we were left without water until around 10 at night and they didn't even send an email to let us know about the water. In short, everything is a disaster with this complex and I know they’re not going to be happy with my comment, but I don't care. I'm free to express myself
