Creekside Townhomes

After looking for a townhouse or townhouse type place we found these & are excited to move in. We haven't moved in yet, so there will be an update of this review once we've lived here for a bit. Kenneisha helped us & has been absolutely amazing & wonderful!! She has been super helpful & has answered all of our questions & most importantly she has listened to our concerns. We give her a 10! The property seems nice, quite & well kept all the times we've gone there, like the area overall.

I really love living here. Office staff (Kenneisha) and maintenance (Jamal) are accessible, responsive, friendly, and effective. Grounds and units are well maintained. Very quiet despite being near a train line and pet friendly. Trash service is reliable, keeping things tidy. Layouts are open and spacious, single car garages feature storage space. Wish I moved here sooner and hope I get to stay for years to come.

Me and my wife toured a town home at Creekside and loved it! Kenneisha Naber was our agent that showed us around and she was excellent! So attentive and had answers to all of our questions. She even gave us a some snacks to make us at home! Highly recommend!

Being a single resident, relocating to a new flat might be rather difficult. However, from the instant I arrived at Creekside, the amazing crew here made me feel comfortable. The Leasing Professional, Kenneisha, beyond went to create a friendly and easy procedure. She is always friendly, professional, and very helpful. Every time I have had a question or needed help, she has been quick to respond and made me feel valued in the community. I should also give the maintenance staff a big applause. Each time I've submitted a request, they have taken care of it swiftly and effectively. Besides being good at what they do, Jorge, Jamal, and the other crew members are also respectful, polite, and constantly ready to explain what is going on when they are operating in your unit. Clearly they value their job, and it shows in the general upkeep of the property. Creekside has generally made a fantastic home for me. Id would most certainly suggest it to anyone searching for a caring and well-managed community between the calm vibe and the great staff.

Creekside Townhomes has been an absolute pleasure to call home. From move-in to move-out, the experience was smooth, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The staff went above and beyond to support me throughout my time there. Jorge, the Maintenance Engineer, was always prompt, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. The Property Manager, is truly exceptional, responsive, and kind. I highly recommend Creekside Townhomes to anyone looking for a well-managed, comfortable, and friendly place to live.
