Pro’s: - close to the metro - apartments are newly renovated and are very nice. - maintenance is always quick to respond Cons: - parking can be a mess, some spots are too tiny to fit an average size car. - washer and dryer are old and don’t wash clothes well Lived here for 3 years so overall we had a nice experience!!

I have loved living at Meridian at Courthouse! We have an amazing view of the Washington Monument and the Capitol from the 14th floor clubhouse and rooftop terrace. Meridian is great at organizing events to help residents get to know each other, like Jazz in the courtyard, weekly yoga, etc. The courtyard is a really nice outdoor space too. I’ve also really liked my apartment. I feel like it’s really spacious with big windows. Staff are always friendly and willing to help out. I definitely recommend living here!

The guy working at front desk ( working at 8.27.2025 5:45 pm) is the meanest person I have ever seen. A front desk person should be friendly and at least a little bit smile but not talking meanly would be better

The Pros: Maintenance staff is very responsive and professional. Front desk concierge staff are helpful and polite. Location by the Metro is great. Amenities such as the pool, courtyard, and gym are decent. The Cons: Hallways have paper thin walls, you can hear everything. There doesn’t seem to be a lot of tenant loyalty from management. The rent is already very high and they’ll keep increasing it at a high rate rather than offer reasonable increases to keep good long term tenants. Garage doors will go months without being repaired, leading to huge security issues. Parking can be a nightmare, they don’t enforce people parking over lines. Management staff spends money to put on waste of time monthly events instead of putting money towards fixing the garage doors or lowering rent.

I would not recommend living here. My apartment has had 4 leaks in one year, 2 caused by the HVAC system directly leaking into my closet and ruining my personal possesions, 1 leak directly in our maintenance closet, and 1 leak caused by a “washer line backup”. Throughout all of these, the Meridian management has never once offered any consolation because of or permanent fixes to these issues. Please see attached photos for what they consider to be appropriate and accessible living conditions. The maintenance team has done an excellent job at responding to issues and repairing damages, but the management team is cold and uncaring.
