Butler Property Company has been managing a townhome in Dallas for our family for over a year now and their service is stellar. We had an issue recently with leaking water from our property which got so bad the city got involved. Outside of sending a few emails, Butler Property Co handled everything. Their Property Supervisor Doug was outstanding to work with, and on top of managing the evaluation and repair of the issue, went out of his way to contact both our HOA and city official to resolve the whole issue. Again, can't be more pleased with their service and would highly recommend them to anyone to use.

I Have Resided at one of Butler Property Company's Properties for 5 Years!!!! If You're Looking For A Key To Your Happy Home This Company is Definitely Ideal!!! Not To Mention The Staff!!!! MY GOODNESS!!!!! To Say Miss LEILA and Miss NICOLE Are Absolutely Amazing is an Understatement. They Are Very Nice and Polite. In This World We Live in It Feels Good To Know Such GREAT PEOPLE still exist!!!!! These two Ladies are the Most Kindest Spirits! I Really Appreciate how Helpful and Informative They Always Are!!!!!!

My company is a maintenance vendor for Butler Property Company and we have been incredibly impressed by their team's professionalism and care for the resident experience. Their team is very communicative regarding maintenance requests and we've had excellent experiences working with Jim, Jennifer, and Gage. The team is fast to respond and resolve any issues to ensure their tenants and owners aren't impacted by maintenance needs at their properties. Would highly recommend renting or managing your properties through them!

Property Management - they don’t manage anything but their pockets, it’s unfortunate that they don’t confirm your property inspections or conditions of the property at anytime! Failed to remove lockboxes, and even installed multiple keyless locks so that we were locked out even after our property was vacated! First time renting our own home… never again, way more headaches than ever worth!! Anything Needs fixed they just pull the money, and don’t even know if anything is wrong! Like our thermostats on brand new home all of a sudden doesn’t work in winter right ok!? Suuurre but 3rd party maintenance is gonna charge for the call regardless.. claims “switched wires” that have been working past 2 years … dropped them, fixed all the destruction ourselves and time to move on “Update” You did manage the property fully to closing and to the end of lease agreement! You failed to provide any sort of inspections prior to move in, during change of tenants, and at end of termination of lease per our contract! Therefore you held nobody accountable nor responsible for their end of the damages or carelessness of the property’s value! You merely supplied a body and nothing else… sad excuse to call that management. Even last tenant was irritated with the communication and lack of inspection done prior to move in.. as the owner I’m not surprised, but also had no justification who was responsible for trash or damages left behind by either tenant! These reports falls solely on the Management company and failed to hold either accountable

I’ve been living in their property off of Reiger since December 2021, heard several complaints from neighbors but have yet to experience any inconveniences myself. Unfortunately since then my vehicle has been broken into twice with no help from management, other tenants have had their trucks stolen and catalytic converters stolen. This is due to the lack of security on the property. Non tenants are constantly on the property smoking and vandalizing the laundry rooms and going through cars. The alley is home to meth addicts who shop through garbage and sleep on all the furniture pilled into the alleyway. The gate is constantly stuck open for days throughout my time here and it seems like the entire neighborhood has the access codes to property. Me and my pregnant girlfriend at the time were left for over two weeks without hot water because the hot water tank in closet burst destroying our clothes and of course throughout trying to get it repaired the company would not communicate with us or reimburse for any damage caused. These guys pretty much do whatever they want because most people don’t understand the laws put in place to protect us from landlords. The rent goes up every year as well as small lease changes you won’t notice unless you save older leases to compare (which I feel is kind of usual for companies). You have to track everything they charge you on the tenant perusal because they sneak in small amounts of money that add up over time. They won’t give you a refund just credit. My lease is almost up I’m hoping to get out of here without any further problems from them but at this point I highly doubt it. I’m sure everyone’s experience is different and if you go with this company I hope you are smart enough to keep track of leases and any communication you have with them because you will need it.
