Bell CityLine

This place is a joke I literally don’t know where to start. First thing is they stole our deposit so if you’re thinking about renting with them don’t and if you still insist on rent with them just prepare to have a bunch of bogus fake expenses place on like trash admin and sewage admin and a bunch of other fake expenses that will result in hundreds of dollars and then having an excuse to not return your deposit. Then there’s the roach problem, I know Texas can have bugs if you’re not careful but this is next level like it’s an infestation no matter what you do. Not to mention the lack of responsiveness and the constant problems with the shower and countless other issues with the actual apartment and various amenities around the community. The gym is a joke and everything there is always broken. At every step of the way there’s always an issue with these people. Beware I highly caution against trusting anything with this apartment complex there’s a reason that their other ratings are so bad.

I've lived at other apartments in the Cityline area for ~8 years and can say after living at Bell for nearly 2 years that the leasing office shows genuine care for the residents. Juanita Berliner was incredibly kind and helpful to us while transitioning to another unit in the complex and made sure we always felt welcome. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to call home.

Update: I haven’t lived at Bell for a few years now but my experience continues to be great. Recently, I mistaken ordered a few packages to my old address at Bell. I thought I would never see those packages but Sherrie really saved the day! She contacted the current resident and got all 3 of packages back. Thanks Sherrie!! I have lived at Bell Cityline for a little over 3 months. I have a had a really good experience so far. The management is nice and the maintenance staff is awesome! Eddie recently helped with a request and he was very quick to finish the job!

Jose from maintenance is fantastic! My ac had stopped working and he came right away to fix it! This is the best property I’ve ever lived at!
