I've lived at this property longer than just about anyone—I may even be the longest-tenured resident here. Over the years, I've seen multiple ownership and management changes, and I can honestly say this is the best management company we've had during my time here. When they took over, they inherited a lot of issues that needed attention. The grounds are noticeably cleaner, maintenance and upkeep have improved, and you can tell there's a genuine effort being made every day to make this a better place to live. What stands out most is that it no longer feels like residents are just another transaction. There's a stronger sense of community now, and management seems to genuinely care about the people who live here. No property is perfect, but the progress that's been made is obvious, and I appreciate the hard work and commitment they've shown to improving the quality of life for everyone who calls this place home.

Great place to live — peaceful, friendly, and well‑run. The maintenance team is excellent and really takes care of residents. Claudia and her staff make the community feel welcoming, which is why I renewed my lease.

I have lived 5 different apartments before move into this 3700 place. The apartment is the worst I ever lived. They do not response and fix the issues fast. They always say that we will prioritize the works for you. The elevator is broken for 3 months and no one to fix it. They also charge hidden fees when you move out. They will not send the fee collection letter to you until the last of the dispute period (30 dyas). When you receive the move out collection letter, you have only one day to ask dispute instead the legal letter 30 days. Because they do not want you to dispute then they can charge high hidden move out fee from you. Do not recommend this place.
