Ive been a resident at Axis for close to 6 months and my experience at this community has been exceptional from day one. Emily provided a thorough and welcoming tour, and Karrington ensured a smooth and positive move in process. Their professionalism sets a high standard. I would also like to acknowledge our community managers, LeShannon and Tiana. Under LeShannon’s leadership and with Tiana’s support, the management team consistently demonstrates dedication and responsiveness. The community events they organize are well planned, engaging, and clearly designed to strengthen resident connections. Any concerns I’ve brought forward have been addressed with patience, clear communication, and professionalism. Even when certain rules have to be followed, they still take the time to listen and ensure I feel heard. I’ve never felt dismissed, only supported. Ow and maintenance requests are handled extremely quickly, and I always receive timely updates on progress. I highly recommend MY community to anyone considering making it their home …although I’d love to gatekeep ;)

I just moved in a few months ago and everything from the environment and immediate surrounding areas to the leasing office is amazing. The communication has been top notched from emails to letters on our door about things happening in the community and inspections/maintenance ongoing in the building. Moving in and getting all the information was a smooth process with the help of Tiana and Emely, they answered any questions and concerns I had. I highly recommend that you reach out and ask for one of these two if you’re looking to move to the Richardson area. Overall I highly recommend these apartments , the management does their best to keep residents up to date and maintain a safe and clean environment.

Just officially moved in and great thus far. Karrington, Tiana, and Emely have all been great on getting me settled in. One of the maintenance guys stopped by to make sure all is well. My unit is in great condition, everything is functional, and ATT Fiber is available, which is a must for me as a remote worker and Futures trader. Nice and safe location, even at night the place is well lit. Plus the place it well secured, especially using the apps to gain access to every area. Nice city views but still need time to explore the neighborhood but as of this moment, I recommend this spot.

I’ve had it up to here with this company. I come home late from work and dropped my trash by 8 pm. Next day i get charged not because i put the trash out late but because they weren’t in the trash container. This new leasing manager can shove this bill where the sun doesn’t shine because ever since this new management team has come they have made it their jobs to make it living here a hell. The only decent thing about this place is maintenance.

Axis 110 operated by Bell Partners is absurd. My wife and I have been living in Axis 110 since 2017. The building has been operated by a total of five different apartment management companies in our time here. Based on our experience with the five companies, Bell Partners by far is preposterous. Our unit experienced a water leak on 2/20/25 due to a broken water pipe on the fifth floor (we live on the first floor). This caused water damage in the wall facing the patio. Multiple and large sections of the wall had to be removed in the pursuit of rectifying the damage. As of writing this review, 3/28/25, there have been three different work crews to our unit to address the issue, yet the repairs remain uncompleted. We have been without utilization of our living room area for a month now because of the incomplete work, as evident in the pictures. Never have we experienced such an exhausting time period for such repairs to be finished in our time at Axis 110. And yes, water damage due to water pipe breaks is common in the building due to it's faulty architectural design. The current property manager has not been able to provide us with a consistent approximate date for when the repairs are to be conducted. One day the answer will be "thirty to sixty days," and a week later it will be, "late next week;" yet without any actual resolution. Waiting thirty to sixty days to replace sections of sheet rock for one wall is insulting. The manager has also not provided us a "why" behind the prolonged repair period. Mind you, this particular manager has demonstrated the same behavior under two different management companies while at Axis 110. If you read on Bell Partners Inc. website, it states that their purpose is "To create communities our residents are proud to call home." The company also claims, "Our residents are our North Star. We are focused on delivering a superior living experience through all phases of the resident lifecycle by understanding customer needs and wants, providing a quality product and personal service, instilling pride in home, and turning ordinary interactions into extraordinary experiences." How is the experience my spouse and I have endured for five weeks now (and ongoing) a reflection of their mission? It is not. Bell Partners Inc. does not care about their tenants and they do not deliver on their proclaimed quality of service. Our life chapter living at Axis 110 will come to a close this August when our current lease expires, as a result of the experience of continuing to entertain the ludicrous lack of concise communication from management and from living in our current unsettling situation. Do not live here.
