I was highly interested in moving there but a unit was not available at the time. They did call 3 months later to follow up but I was set. I appreciate that.

The elevators were often not working. I had to take the stairs for over a month once. A headace for me after a 12 hour shift but what about people in wheelchairs? The homeless were taking over. They were sleeping in the hallways. Yes, they had key fobs but all someone had to do, to get into the builden, was wait for someone with a fob. I feared for my life. One resident was attacked outside in broad daylight. A friend who came to visit told me he witnessed a drug deal and prostitutes. Needless to say, I moved as soon as I had the chance.

This is a little long overdue, however I am not very good at writing reviews. I just wanted to say what an awesome community manager we have here at K Avenue. I have been here since 2024. The management when I first moved in was not as good as it is now with Surina being the captain of the ship. She has made a difference for the better. I truly appreciate everything that Surina and the maintenance guys do to help me out and make this a place I'm glad to call home!😊
