Galatyn Station

My experience here was amazing. I met with Ms. Kristina Barker, grim the time I got there she made me comfortable and very welcomed. My appointment was with her coworker actually, but she was running a little behind schedule on her lunch break. Kristina offered me the opportunity to wait for her colleague, but I had already felt very comfortable with Kristina so I decided to move forward with her. Two of the attendance personable and answered all of my questions directly with professionalism. I strongly considered moving to the property strictly because of my experience with her, but once I saw the apartment, they were a little outdated. I would give Kristina 10 stars if I could the only reason I didn’t get the apartments 5 stars is because the apartment definitely needs some renovations. I have lived at Galatyn Station for 3 years and just renewed as I truly enjoy living here. Finding a good apartment building and company is difficult but if you are looking come and speak with Kristina and/or Laci. I have had the pleasure of working with Kristina as our property assistant manager for 2 years and she is the most kind and understanding manager I have ever worked with. Any questions or concerns are treated as her own and if she doesn't know the answer, she finds it. I have only worked with Laci recently but her drive for resident satisfaction is just as high as Kristina's and I couldn't rave more about these two. The property itself is gated and well maintained. The parking is safe with spaces and garages to rent and nightly security/towing enforcement. Lots of layouts that tend to fill quickly showing how desired this location is for residents. Highly highly recommended!

I’ve been a resident at Galatyn Station for almost two years now, and my recent unit transfer reminded me why I’ve stayed so long. Kristina made the entire process effortless — she was organized, communicative, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. If you’re looking for a cozy, welcoming community to call home, look no further. Because of Kristina’s exceptional support and the overall experience here, I plan to remain a resident for a long time to come!

I stopped by Gatalyn Station on my lunch break to tour the community, and Kristina was incredibly helpful. Kristina showed me three floor plans, and I ended up applying right away. I was looking for plenty of closet space, and the A5.C floor plan was a perfect fit. Being only five minutes from my new job is the cherry on top.

I have lived here since August 2024. I love it. I remember when I came to see the place I loved how clean and well lit the halls were. Then when I was shown my apartment. I fell in love. They are so nice and spacious. My closet is amazing! I can walk out at night and the area is so quiet and safe. The pool is also a nice amenity. The gym and spin cycle room don’t hurt either. The staff is always so helpful. Kristina has been a pleasure to work with since day one. She is always so friendly and responsive to my needs. She made the application process so easy. I am so glad I chose to live here. One of the best decisions I’ve ever made.
