I had a disappointing experience due to inconsistent information provided over the phone. When I initially called the leasing office, I was told that my agent could tour AMLI Frisco Crossing the same day as long as we arrived before 5:30 PM. Based on that information, I came to the leasing office before that time. After arriving, I called the leasing office again and spoke with a different representative. At that point, I was told that an agent tour for AMLI Frisco Crossing was not available and that only a self guided tour for AMLI Ballpark could be scheduled, with an in-person agent tour available the next day instead. When I explained that I had already been told over the phone that an agent tour was possible that day, I was asked for the name of the person who gave me that information. As a prospective resident, it is difficult to remember the name of every representative spoken to over the phone, and this added to the frustration. Overall, the conflicting information and lack of clarity were disappointing and caused me to lose interest in leasing here. Clearer and more consistent communication would greatly improve the experience for future prospects. Because of this, I am leaving a one-star rating. This review reflects my honest experience.

Amli Frisco Crossing has been a very enjoyable living experience. The management made the move in process very easy. Maintenance team is always prompt and has always arrived within a day. Having the garage parking is a huge plus in the DFW area as well

I've only been living at Frisco Crossing for two months, and I love it! I moved from out of state, and the office staff were super helpful throughout the entire moving process. My one bedroom/one bathroom unit is beautiful and has a shocking amount of closet space. A huge plus is having free garage parking. Once you get the hang of the streets around the property, it's easy to navigate when the traffic pattern is changed for events. I love being close to everything, the location is incredibly convenient. I hope to live here for a lot longer than my 12 month lease.

I attempted to tour this property, only to find that the main office was completely closedânot closed for the day, not temporarily out, but simply nonexistent. There is no leasing office on-site. Instead, you're forced to lease online without ever seeing the property, or you can take a virtual tour. Iâm going to give myself a tour of a complex, that is what leasing agents are paid to do. Itâs absurd that thereâs no way to ask questions or view a unit in person. I eventually found out that they have a satellite office at a different locationâthe Ballparkâwhich is inconveniently far from the actual complex. When I finally made it to the office, they had one staff member available who made it clear they didnât want to give me a tour. When I asked when I could schedule one, the response was a complete cop-out: âJust book online.â This was a total waste of my time, and I wouldnât recommend this place to anyone. A leasing office should be a basic expectation of any so-called âluxury apartment complex.â My standards have now been significantly lowered.

Do not live here. My wife and I endured two years at this property, and if we could go back, we wouldnât have stayed past the first lease. The first year was manageable despite the awkward layout, but everything changedâfor the worseâwhen Frisco Crossingâs management was moved to the Ballpark. From that point on, the problems were relentless. Fire alarms in Building 1 went off multiple times, sometimes at night, with no explanation. The power would flicker on and off, and sometimes go out for hours. The south parking garage gate? Broken more often than not. There were emergency maintenance notices sent with less than a dayâs warning, leaving residents scramblingâespecially those with pets. The on-site management was rude, unhelpful, and indifferent to residentsâ concerns. And donât even bother trying to live here in December. The traffic from the light park turns this place into a nightmareâitâs a gridlocked mess every evening from the start of November through the new year. By the end of year two, we were beyond fed up. There was no chance we were going to renew. This place is poorly run, constantly broken, and completely inconsiderate of the people who pay to live there. Save yourself the frustrationâlook somewhere else. However, maintenance is EXTREMELY kind and helpful. They respond promptly to requests and make every effort to solve any issues you may have in your unit. The landscape is also well attended to.
