Didn’t lease. Not impressed. The AI viewing feature mimics human interaction (which is pretty cool), but when an actual person calls, the conversation doesn’t match what I’ve been discussing with the AI this whole time. Either let the AI handle the entire interaction, or ensure the agent is trained to review and continue from the prior AI conversation. Otherwise, the AI is operating on plan A while the agent is on plan B—and that defeats the purpose. What’s the point of using AI to run the process if the person scheduling the viewing isn’t engaged, doesn’t follow up with emails, and leaves me chasing updates—only to get AI responses that aren’t aligned with what was already agreed upon during the viewing? Even in a human team, communication and handoffs are basic expectations—let alone when one side is AI and the other is a person. At other places, a person schedules the viewing and follows up with a simple email. Straightforward. That wasn’t the case here. Then she has the guts to tell me “ disconnect from the conversation with Ai” I don’t know when it’s you and when it’s Ai my dear. I was following on the email you were supposed to send me the price and all and you didn’t and when I follow up your fancy Ai picked up and started replying to emails. Ai is great until it’s not. The viewing I had with other places the person was engaged and motivated. Here advanced Ai features and can’t even do her job. I’m out before I’m even in. I won’t be taking this any further.
