Abberly Place

Josh, my service technician at Abberly Place, is outstanding. He absolutely knows what he is doing repairing anything that is needed in my apartment. He fixes things right from the start and he does not require multiple trips to fix an issue. Josh is very knowledgeable and polite.

Been here about 1.5 years; just renewed my lease. Great community! Office Staff and Maintenance Staff are second to none. They are always willing to help and do it very quickly. Great place to live for a great price. Highly recommend!!!

I've been living here for over a year now and recently signed a lease for Another 15 Months. I wouldn't have done so, if i was Unhappy. Everyone in the Office Has Always been Kind, Courteous, Professional and Has Always Provided Above and Beyond Service. From Day one they have taken the time to answer Questions and Concerns with an Immediate Answer or Resolution. Some reviews stated they were not given a move in inspection, I did. I call, ask a question; they Have a Solution. Property and Lawn care is Consistently Maintained. Very Clean. My AC went out in the Middle of Summer, Fixed it Immediately. Within Hours. My Door wouldn't Open, on a Saturday; Someone was here within 30 Minutes. Fixed. Filters were mentioned in another review. Call them, they get changes once every 3 months........ You've got to wonder sometimes where the Reviews are coming from and Why? I am a Very Particular Person. I like things the way I like. Respectful, Kind, Caring, Clean, Kept, Maintained, Top Service and the Like. I personally wouldn't live here if it wasn't to My Standard. From the Entire Office to the Maintenance Staff; They are All on Point!!! I Love it Here!!

Moving can be such a stressful time and I cannot emphasize enough how grateful I am for Jen in the leasing office’s help! She was super quick with replying to my emails and phone calls. She ensured everything was on track and kept me informed of the status of my request. She broke down details in an easy to understand way and made sure all of my concerns were addressed. As for the property, wow. The grounds are kept super clean and I love all the amenities that are offered included with rent (esp the internet n cable package which also allowed me to save some additional money). Truly, a great experience and I would recommend Jen and Abberly Place to anyone searching for their next home :)

Fantastic place! I’ve lived here for two years, renewing for my third year. The leasing office agents are helpful and so nice! Shout out to Amber- she’s amazing!! Maintenance requests are fulfilled quickly, the property is clean and well maintained. The maintenance team is always friendly and respectful! There are always fun activities planned for the residents. My favorite place I’ve ever called home!
