Do not rent here if you have any choice. Every time that I sent mail to my daughter and it didn't have a tracking number attached to it, it would take weeks for her to get it. We were changing 50.00 more for rent per month than we should have been, and even though the manager spotted the error, he never corrected it. I would suggest that this ownership step up and show interest in how things are being managed before they find themselves in a landlord tenant dispute because this property is truly violating all the Texas Property Code!!!

This review is for management. When we first moved in, Lenny was so helpful with getting us into our apartment, and with follow up on maintenance til he left. Then Kaice took over and he is doing what he can to make the residents feel cared about, there is only one him and many residents and apartments. He was responsive to my concerns and I appreciate his assistance.

My son currently resides here but will exit swiftly after this semester. He has stayed for close to around a year total. He has lifted floorboards in his bathroom from water damage that have never been addressed. He was without HOT water for weeks and they kept giving him the run around about it. The grounds appear to be ok when you first drive in but the apt itself is RAGGEDY. The prices they charge are not worth it to be honest. The office staff needs training, as they are not customer service driven at all and lack basic common sense as well as knowledge. Save yourself the headache, research other properties... I can say atleast the location is ok, as its close enough to school... that is about as positive as I can get with this post

This apartment complex does not even deserve 1 Star! The apartments is poorly maintained, the staff is only helpful when their in the office, calling and emailing the proper channels you will not receive a response and it stresses the students out with eviction notices and they do not have effective communication with their tenants. By far the worst experience one can have.
