Oak Place Apartments

Apartments are very nice and affordable. It would have been better if there was someone on grounds to show the apartments and have an accurate name and number.

I am a live in service provider for an elderly lady 68 years old she was trying to get into an apartment here at Oak Place Apartments the day I went and picked up the application for her to fill out the manager Monica was nice and help me with everything I needed I took the application home help my patient fill it out and when we went up there this morning to turn it in the manager Monica was saying we were missing some signatures on the application and my elderly patient lady was trying to tell her that the papers that wasn't signed didn't relate to her she doesn't draw unemployment so she didn't think she needed to sign the unemployment paper that was in the application my patient has had brain surgery she is missing a big portion of her brain due to a tumor and the manager Monica got an attitude and pretty much yelled at mine patient making her cry you are supposed to work with disabled people and people with disabilities obviously she has a disability that does not give you the right Monica to sit there and yell at her and tell her that you're not going to argue with her she was just trying to explain to you that the papers that she didn't sign she didn't think she needed to sign she was not trying to argue with you I do not recommend this place to anybody for as long as Monica is the one talking to the people. she obviously doesn't care about the people she's trying to help find a place to live or even the people that live there if she's willing to talk to them like that I would not recommend this place to anyone service is terrible and Monica will talk to you like a dog
