IF YOU ARE A STUDENT AT PVAMU DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT LIVE HERE. THE MANAGEMENT FOR BOTH PHILL AND HERE IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. TO MOLD INFESTATION, CONSTANT WATER SHUT OFFS AND A MANAGER THAT WILL NOT RESPOND.DO NOT LIVE HERE THEY DO NOT CARE THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY.

MOLD MOLD MOLD BEWARE!!! I would give this -1000 stars if I could, since I moved in there has been a ongoing mold problem and rather than fix the issue they have a jack of all trade handy man come spray bleach all over my ceiling and walls and proceeds to place blame on me saying my Ac need to stay on 70 and that my plants are causing humidity which isn’t factual at all.

This apartment complex is the worst I have ever been to moved into. I’ve been trying to call them for information that they have sent to collections and they are answering and hanging up the phone. They do not answer their phone. I have a video of the manager telling me false information when it came to my lease and till this day they still can’t seem to answer the phone. I called 11 times !!! This is beyond me they won’t recieve a dollar from me if they can’t answer the phone like a good business. Worst complex ever you don’t do that to your tenants whether old or new.

There maintenance service is worst! Strange thing is that There is no emergency maintenance service!! Whenever you tell any problem to the manager she keeps laughing rather than solving it! There are two young girls in the leasing office who are really helpful!

If you’re looking for an apartment this should be the very last place you look at for real. Management is horrible and disrespectful. No pest control. Girl at front desk very rude with smart mouth. Extra fees get applied to your account without full disclosure on what they are. If you don’t pay your rent on the first they are already trying to evict you. But what if you get paid every two weeks. These people do not care at all. There’s some shady stuff going on with the management. Over all these are no apartments you would want to live at.
