The leasing and maintenance team are exceptional , especially Teresa who works in the office. She’s extremely welcoming and warmhearted. Very easy going and knowledgeable as well. She will make you feel right at home and ensure you get the best rental experience at Hawthorne.God bless her !

Teresa was very welcoming and helpful when I walked in without an appointment for a tour of the complex. She explained everything with details and was very accommodating. She made me feel welcomed. I’m glad I found this place by driving by. Hopefully this will be where I end up leasing this year. :)

Me and my Fiance visited Hawthorne Ridge Apartments today and the place is lovely and clean. The staff Teresa and Joey were very accommodating and very bubbly. The apartments are beautiful and modern. Overall we had a great experience! Me and my Fiance are super excited to call this place a home!

Teresa is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! The customer service that I was received today has to be the best customer service I EVER received. She was very detailed and made this whole experience stress free!! The apartment complex is very beautiful too. You can tell the staff and management really puts their hearts into making sure the community is taken care of. Thank you Teresa for the experience.

Wanted to give some time to settle in and get a feel for the apartments after moving in before writing my review. So far, I've been here a month and it's been a wonderful experience. Teresa was amazing and incredibly helpful when I toured the apartments, and it was a pleasure working with her. Communication has always come quick, the couple of bumps I ran into resolved near instantly. I'm also convinced that I have no neighbors, because I never hear any noise; it's that quiet. Definitely a 180 from the last apartments I lived in. So thank you Teresa and Hawthorne Ridge for giving me a lovely new place to call home!
