I had two maintenance orders. Erwin was sent by the office to address one of the work order related our thermostat, he resolved the matter pretty fast. After that I requested him to handle the second issue, our washer was out of order for few days, he fixed it on the spot. Resolving both work orders in just few minutes. Erwin is very knowledgeable and professional.

I will be moving into my new apartment on June 15th. Since I haven’t had any experience with the property yet, I will update my review later based on my stay. However, I wanted to leave this comment now to especially thank Kemberly, who was kind, friendly, and very supportive throughout my application process. **Edit*** 01/17/2025 I have been living in this building for about seven months, and since I had previously left a review, I feel it is time to revise it based on my actual experience. First of all, I can say that the overall environment is generally livable. It feels more like a family-oriented community. However, shortly after moving in, I started having issues with loud music from my next-door neighbor. The Leasing Office was extremely slow in handling this, and the problem was only resolved after about three months. During that time, I was going to work almost completely sleep-deprived. I went to the Leasing Office five times, and during the first four visits, no one took the issue seriously. Only on my fifth visit did they finally step in and manage to reduce the noise. Another major issue has been the ongoing plumbing problems over the past two months. Almost every week, the laundry room, bathroom sink, and kitchen get clogged. Not only do they clog, but the water backs up and overflows onto the floors. I am not exaggerating—all of these incidents are documented because I submitted multiple maintenance requests. If I remember correctly, our apartment has been flooded nearly ten times. Each time, maintenance comes, says the issue is fixed, and leaves, but the same problem keeps happening. As a result, my carpets were damaged, and there is now a strong, unpleasant mold and sewage smell throughout the apartment. We are currently in the winter season, and even though the heater is set between 85 and 90 degrees Fahrenheit, the apartment does not heat properly. (I live on the ground floor) Before moving in, I had seen reviews mentioning a bug problem, and unfortunately, that is true. Yes, there are bugs in the apartments, and it is at a disturbing level. I do not believe the pest control treatments are effective. You are essentially left to deal with this on your own. I spent about three months buying my own cleaning and pest control products just to get the situation under control. To summarize: I find the Leasing Office slow and unresponsive, especially when it comes to responding to e-mails. The leasing office is extremely friendly until you sign the lease. After that, if you visit them with a problem, they treat you so coldly and dismissively that it feels like they’re thinking, “Why are you even here? By the way, don’t be fooled by the other positive reviews. It’s very easy to obtain those reviews through various promotions or other unprofessional practices. Because of all these issues, I am reducing my rating from 5 stars to 1 star. (Cause there is no 0 star)

The leasing consultant, Cecelia is amazing! Very professional and personable. Apartments are a great price range and cute features that you dont see in the newer apartments!
