During my time living here, rent was cheap and electricity, Internet service, WiFi, and water was free. My rent was for a one-bedroom studio apartment and I paid only $730.00 per month. It was an understandable comfort that this was the cheapest apartment complex in all of North Texas during my time living here. I lived here from 2005 to 2013 due to being a part-time student while working full-time just to cover my expenses since my family moved to California after selling my birthplace back in 2004. I had fun here and made many lifelong friends, so I can't provide accurate information about what went on after I moved out. It is my understanding that Century Court was bought by new owners who currently provide students with the perfect "Slumlord Educative Experience" to which I am thankful I moved out before experiencing that misfortune.

My apartment is ok. The big negative is the meal plan that they force you to buy. Total rip off, waste of money. The cafeteria stinks. It's hours are pretty limited too: No dinner friday thru sunday.

I'm coming to write this after a bad experience with the manager of student housing. I'm a 4.0 premed student who recently switched to computer science. First off the students living on campus are wonderful. Is couldn't have been more happy living with amazing people. The ground staff are wonderful. The employment of student is great as well. The only problem is the apartments are honestly over priced. Not student friendly, and honest just a waste. I've been looking in the area for better options. The staff that doesn't consist of the students are horrible. There are no stoves like the prior campus housing (century court) the meal plans are bad. Not enough food for what your paying for. I was blessed with great roomates. But besides this I won't lie. It's not really all it's cracked up to be. Bugs , wasp , bees and roaches roam the place as if they were students.

Honestly just a standard place of living. Not much to excite anyone. Just an overpriced average living space. The pool is nice, the management doesn't like what there doing . Requested a roommate change for months and nothing has happened. Leaving this summer and I'm not coming back. The only positive is the round the clock police , which isn't really round the clock, it's just collin college security that comes around 3x a night. My sister lived her in 2016 , the apartment had a stove back then. There is no stove now. Just not what it's cracked up to be. THE ONLY THING WORSE THAN MANAGEMENT IS THE MEAL PLAN THEU FORCE DOWN OUR TROAT . I rather be able to cook my own food. 4/10. It's cool to the experience if this is your first time. But do your self a favor and move to an apartment around the campus. The other reviews are honestly true. This place just isn't worth the money. The ground keepers are really nice. I think his name is Joseph really great guy. Oh and the 24hr lockout key is BS. I've seen many students stranded outside. Can't wait to go. And the TOW policy is outrageous. Man the more I write this review the sader i get. Lol. Can't wait to leave.

The management at this apartment is horrible. Last year they kicked every student out with a month notice, and I mean EVERY student. Even international students with NO family in the country. Even student who did nothing wrong. I decided to give them another chance and move back in since it was close to the school. The previous management was way better. The apartment is overpriced. I can't wait to move out. For what your paying you minus we'll get an apartment around the school.
